Lady charges for side of sauce. 50 cents and egg roll was trash. One lady had a worm in her Ramen Soup!!
Before today this place was my go to food place but now I no longer am going to eat there. From my experiences the first problem was when I had come here and ate with my grandmother. With that meal it had a hair in it! Totally disgusting. Today I went and ordered my usual the orange and honey chicken. I was expecting soft and lovely flavoring but instead my mouth was on fire. Turns out the orange chicken that I’ve had for years is now extremely spicy for me. Will not be coming back.
Disgusting will never order again!! Very very dry!! Looks old I have it to my cats!! I didn’t even get a egg roll or my veggies that comes with it! Ordered off door dash and he was terrible too!!
Bang bang chicken with the Mongolian chicken...add those lol me in noodles and life is good. Smile more people and eat good food.
Coi is absolutely the best! Ruby Thai has the best Ramen in Columbia. She always makes our visits personal and has amazing customer service and food! Thank you coi from your T-Mobile family.!!!
I went here a couple of months ago with my girlfriend to get bubble tea. They got my girlfriends order wrong, which isn't a huge deal because it can be fixed. Instead she paid my girlfriend no mind when she was trying to tell her the problem. The lady yanked the drink out of her hand and threw it away very aggressively, and gave her an attitude that was completely unnecessary. The customer service was completely awful. They made us feel like we were a burden to them just because they had to remake a simple drink.As for the drink itself, it does not taste like bubble tea. It's more like a fruit smoothie. The boba also tasted like plastic.
The chicken and rice have good flavor but are both ridiculously dry. The egg rolls aren't crispy at all and are tough, I've had better frozen ones. The veggies tasted like they were just oil and veggies. And to top it all off they seriously charge 50 cent for a water. If I'm paying over 8$ for a gross meal meal, a cup of water should be free. Just don't eat here, go to Thailand restaurant on st Andrew's.
3.5 stars. Will not go unless “ruby thai” is serving. She gives a full plate. Went today and servers very light handed. Disappointed because I drive 45 mins every once in awhile for it specially.
Regardless MM3 won’t pay unless we’re satisfied, yet the cashiers are always dingy and clueless there. They mix up orders and CONSTANTLY have to be reminded which order is what!!!!!! They just need to serve the food and stay focused and let someone knowledgeable operate the money ? foods cool if MM3 say it is#I aptiitp
I didn’t like the udon noodle and bang bang chicken. Chef needs to cook it more properly. Too sweet sugar syrup add some spice and pepper
