Food is always great, now the staff could be hit or miss with how they take care of you. Also, the hostess can do better with wiping off the area and sweeping up if they can before being seated at a table. I hate being seated in a seat where food might be left on the table (crumbs usually), or in the chair, or on the floor -(actual food pieces) that I have to step on when I eat. Other than that, I love Red Robin's. The food is what makes us go back.
I love Red Robin, but they sometimes do silly things like forget sauces, late with drinks, or waiting on certain things requested that get forgotten. The last visit in particular I was with a party of six and three people in the group didn't get their drinks/shakes until we were all about finished eating and I requested a sauce on the side several times and they forgot.The place is pretty busy half the time but the staff is overall polite. We still return for convenience as it is a short distance from our neighborhood and the small errors are overlooked as it makes up for in service and the food in the end is still pretty good. We appreciate the staff and how well they work when things are a bit hectic.
Went after the initial lunch rush on a Monday. There was hardly anyone dining so it was quiet. Staff was a little less attentive than normal, but, expected when there's not much business going on. They were just letting customers enjoy their lunch experience. The food was great, as I've never had it not be, when dining in.
Had a to go order. I wanted a well done burger as I’m currently pregnant, arrived home and as you can very well tell it was not made correctly. The burger was cold, and I received 12 fries, yes I counted them. When talking to the waitress she said that I could purchase more, what a joke. Go somewhere where you can get food cooked to your liking this is not the place.
I am allergic to milk proteins and Red Robin is SUPER accommodating. They will even give you a tablet with the allergy menu that will help you make your choices by eliminating everything from the menu that you cannot have.I was DELIGHTFULLY surprised when I asked the waiter to please check with the chef about the ingredients in the tower dough rings because I was sure the menu was kicking the dessert out because of the fudge and caramel on the side, but he didn't have to, boy knew his menu and ingredients and was able to tell me right away I could eat them without the sauce!The burgers are amazing, I go all the time specifically for their chili, and service has always been top notch!
I ordered the Royal Robin and it was Royal burnt. The onion rings were delicious. The service was wonderful but the burger.. Not so good. But I will visit again because of the customer service. The cook may have just had a long day
I dont ask for much when I dine out...i usually want my drink refilled once or twice and that's about it. A refill took 15 minutes and the same went for asking for a fry refill. Burgers were good albeit overdone and probably sitting on the counter for several minutes. Had to ask for napkins AND cutlery after our food arrived. The pretzel bites were hot and amazing though! Overall just felt like the waitress delegated alot of her work to other staff and still wasn't very attentive or proactive.
This place was filthy; the seats are ripped floors needed to be swept, and the entire restaurant needs overhaul.When I asked the hostess why the restaurant was so filthy at 4 pm, she said, "she didn't know she just got there." Never offered to sweep. (Employees were standing around chatting in the kitchen and at the hostess station).My husband and I refused to stay.If anyone from the health department is reading this please pay a visit.Red Robin owners take more pride in your establishment.(Unable to give a zero)
Dirty cups , hair on orange in beer . Fries look as if someone was eating on them, and just put it back on our trays to serve to us . Order was messed up completely.
Fries were not cooked enough.Cheeseburgers were ordered with little pink in meat. They were all red. Have been at two Red Robins in Columbia three different times. One had a great meal,the other two chesseburger meals were horrible! NOT WASTING MY TIME OR MONEY AGAIN!
