I will never eat here again this is my remade salad. The GM was in the store when this was made. He had the nerves to tell me they are doing the best the can. The second picture was the first salad.

Amazing burgers.tower of onion ring tower with 2 sauces . Great for group appetizers.Servers wear mask. Not mandatory for guests

This is the best experience I've had in a restaurant in some time! My daughter and granddaughter took me to lunch today and it was outstanding! We each ordered something different so we could sample it. Great burgers! Just terrific! The Chicken clucks are delicious also, and the Mozzarella Sticks we had as an appetizer were fabulous! Get this: the delicious fries are never ending (if you can eat that much! LOL!)!

Service is always horrible here but I like the food so I end up coming back. Well, the food was nasty today too. My burger was over-seasoned and not the quality that Red Robin is known for. There were numerous dirty tables in the dining room but the manager had a solution...move the contents of one table to another. We waited over 10 minutes for drink refills but this is the service industry norm these days I suppose.

Yeah there's a long wait, because there's THREE people working there! Went there on 12/30 and waited 48 minutes. Shout out to the two servers and cook who gave us a great meal and superior service despite their setback of no one else wanting to work. Our drinks and fries were refilled without needing to ask. The few of you did an outstanding job and I'm very happy to have dined there that day.

We visited the Columbiana Mall location this Monday at 2:15 pm. We were the only couple waiting for the hostess and 10 minutes later one finally came out. As she came out a party of four arrived and without discussion the hostess said I will be back and seated them. When she returned she told us there would be a 30-35 minute wait to clean tables. Clean tables were in view but we were told we had to wait. Not wanting to wait that long we started to leave and the hostess asked a couple behind us if they would like a high- top table. If not they would have to wait. They were physically unable to use one and turned to leave as well. The party behind them was then taken in to be seated.I believe everyone should be treated equally but found it interesting that the two parties who did get seated were not Caucasian nor was the hostess. This blatant racial discrimination reflects poorly on Red Robin.A call to the General Manager to complain received lip-service that he would speak to his hostess and would hear her side. A call to corporate found the call directed back to the store GM. We were offered a gift card and that the staff would be spoken to. Three days later no response or gift card.We weren't looking for anything free, just service, respect and lunch. This location, based upon our experience and other reviews here clearly indicate a major problem with management and staff attitude. Some people, as seen this past year, may have reacted much more vocally and aggressively if treated similarly. It doesn't take 30 minutes to clean a table and obviously there were clean tables available had the hostess wanted to provide us one.I strongly advise against patronizing this Red Robin location.

I had a birthday burger coupon. The burger was excellent. Great salad. I saved some for my daught to take home. Walked out and forgot my bag. Two minutes later I returned0. The bag was gone, but it was replaced with another full meal. Above and beyond good service.

The location has fallen since its opening standards. I walked in from the mall entrance & was greeted by no one up front. It was a 5 minute wait to speak to someone. Once I was seated it was about a 10 minute wait to get drink & another 10 minutes to take my order. When my food arrived , the burger was flattened, covered in oil & when I tried to take a bite it was so oily it fell apart in my hands. I called the manager over a very tall gentleman who appeared to have 0 concern at all for the presentability of the food his kitchen was serving. The manager was acting like nothing was wrong & kept justifying the awful appearance of the burger. Fries were oily , soggy & cold. The problem here is clearly management. The location doesn't have a leader that leads by example or cares to uphold red Robin's standards. I have never visited a reb Robin this deplorable in my life. The lamps above all the booth tables were filled with dust. Grease stains mark mostly all the seating. The floors are dirty , you could see the level of disconcern by upper management. The location deserves a corporate investigation into the quality of care & red Robin's standards. My recommendation is a corporate week long quality assurance visit because in a day you can't correct all the issues at hand which start with the tops attitude. I go back to the management at this location. Completely unprofessional

I understand the impact COVID has had on businesses, but this is ridiculous! My wife came in tonight and was told we’d have a 15 minute wait. No problem at all….until the 40 minute mark went by. Then the guy who’s acting as the person taking names comes and asks (What was the name again?) Obviously we were forgotten about. Finally we sit down…..we order everything at once to make it easier…. Took forever to even get the drinks. After another 30-40 minutes our food comes out cold. We ask to get it reheated. Finally we get something in the realm of what we ordered. My wife had ordered a milkshake that never came …. After the 3rd time she asked for it, we decided to pay and leave. We never got one refill….no extra fries…the milkshake finally came melted…Not one person cared. No discount for the horrible service or food. I’m sure that nobody in charge of this place will care, but for $40+ for two burgers, they could at least be edible, and service could be somewhat delivered. If this is your new idea of customer service, do us all a favor and SHUT DOWN.

Normally, I like Red Robin ?, their burgers are among the best. My last visit, the burgers were good, but they arrived at the table a little cold. The fries were a lot cold. And the sweet potato fries looked old. I had to order desk fries which were hit and fresh as they were supposed to be.
