Normally, I do not share 3 star reviews. I believe it's not fair to the restaurant. You are either bad or good, excellent or horrible. However, i feel badly for the cooks and wait staff that have to endure this management. After years and twice before trying them, i finally decided to stop at their new location on Bluff rd. Look, the food is what you'd expect and the service is comparable. However, I ordered a $15 big sampler appetizer (lunch 2 people), with an entree..and they were out of the "pretzel bread" for the appetizer. No problem, right? Just add something else to it, thank you, doesn't matter what. But the MANAGER would not accommodate. Now, you may think we were asking for a premium substitution. No. They could have delivered and simply TOLD us they added an extra cheese stick or maybe one more onion ring... we wouldn't have known. But to say, sorry, the manager will not serve you what you ordered and they will not change the item in any way, kind of explains why a restaurant with a sticky floor took 20 minutes to seat us in a 2/3rds empty dining room and why the party behind us finally got up and walked out. 3 strikes guys... you should be familiar with that phrase with the bowling alley next door. Otherwise, looked like a great bowling alley ...with management you would expect at one.
I ordered at 11:20 am 3 meals to go for pickup at 12pm. I get there at 12, had to wait OVER AN HOUR for our food! Then, all the meals were wrong and I had been upcharged for stuff we didn't get, like I had gotten the tenders and pretzels but it was fries instead. I kept asking about my order and told them I needed to leave, that I was at work. Utterly ridiculous. They ignored us and I will never eat here again. I gave them plenty of time to get the order done. Even gave them a 10 dollar tip.
Absolutely horrible experience. There were four adults and two children and our party. We sat there for over 10 minutes waiting on a server just for the hostess to keep coming by and stating that she would be with us in a minute that they were short staffed. Nobody at our table received their food at the same time. their food at the same time. We had to sit there and watch each other eat while we were waiting on our own food. The manager from the truck stop ended up coming over and helping people get their food from the kitchen. We had to almost beg to get our drinks refilled.
our waitress was terrible. She didn't get our orders right, didn't refill our drinks and we were charged for a tip even though we had different bills....charged nearly $15 for tip . We will never eat there again. Also took over 45 minutes for our food to get to us.
I’ve won’t be back. The burger patty was burnt and tasteless. If I were eating it blindfolded I wouldn’t have been able to tell you what I was eating except for the sugary sweet flavor coming from some where. The waitress said it was the bun. Really a gross burger!

It's okay. Honestly, the food wasn't too bad, a little pricey, but still. The best part about the place was probably the vehicle displays. Our waitress was great, though, nothing against her, but it's definitely more a truck stop diner than anything with an arcade and bowling. Wasn't a fan of the whole no door bathroom set up they had, kind of made the whole place smell like distant urinal. But I'm giving three stars due to customer service and food. I think without those two. The place wouldn't really be all that great.
My daughter did the hot wing challenge and finished it. For that it was great. But the food for the rest of us was not good. Chicken and ribs were dry..my order was wrong and my baked beans were undercooked. Staff was real nice although they had no apparent idea of how to handle my daughter eating all the wings for the wing challenge.
Took my son and goddaughter here to bowl and have lunch. From the moment we walked in we were spoken to in a very aggressive manner. From the woman checking us in to a man who almost chastised me for throwing a second ball down the lane (it was not moving from the gentle push of a 3 year old). We weren’t double ball bowling, it was a one time throw to push her ball down the lane.After that we moved to the restaurant to which we were seated….and waited….and waited for our server. One girl said she’d be right with us, 10 minutes later a man said he’ll be right with us as he was just informed that we were waiting. 5 minutes later, the man who was seated behind us, who waited for about 2 minutes was being asked his order from the lady at the front who was telling the hostess where to sit people. We gathered our things and left without anything being said to us. Will NOT return.The nicest person was a girl with dreads who changed our lane before we started due to the bumper request.
As soon as we walked in we were greated politely when we told the lady we were getting take out she waited for us to order our food never rushed us at all I was told it would be a 15 minute wait she brought our food to us in about 10 minutes great place to get good food I ordered the mac & cheese burger and oml it was fantastic you guys are awesome!!!!
