Consistent with any Popeye's.Friendly staff that was easy to understand and happy to take my order.Food was flavorful and as I expected it would be.Easy in and out (relative to the time of day I'm sure).
I'm from NY where you will encounter some rude people but I've never experienced rudeness at Popeyes in NY. Went to this Popeyes on Two Notch Road...ordered 2 12 piece nuggets meals, the shrimp basket meal, 2 orders of cole slaw, and the chicken sandwich meal...got to the window to pay and realized one of the drinks was supposed to be the strawberry lemonade...plus we wanted to order an additional one...female at the window said the whole order would need to be canceled and we would have to go get back on the line. Just to change one soda to lemonade and add a 2nd lemonade??? That was stupid...so we suggested that they just add on 2 strawberry lemonades which they did...we paid for our food...when I remembered tartar sauce, so we asked.for it...the female at the window says its in there...I'm looking...don't see...I see some creole sauce...so we ask et anotheragain...she says that will be 50 cent...for sauce THAT we didnt see??? So we give back the creole and ask for the tartar...female gets nasty so we ask for the Manager (Ms. TINA)...THEY ARE JUST RUDE in there. If you do not like your job, get another one.
I could probably award more stars if we had been served. On Friday March the 18th at approximately 220PM, we went to the Popeye's on Two Notch road and stood in line for about 12 minutes. Several other people came up behind us in line, and just as we were next in line to be give our order, a manager came to the counter and made the announcement that everybody had to leave because they were short staffed and they were only going to be serving from the drive-through window. Lots of cursing and angry customers left the building and parking lot. We didn't have time to stand in go to the drive-through window because we used all of our available time. I had been craving a Popeye's chicken sandwich for a very long time and I thought to myself "today's the day". My rider didn't get lunch, but I got my chicken sandwich from Zaxby's later that afternoon. I wish zerobstars could be an option.
I ordered a 12 pc family meal w/2 sides green beans and mashed tates. I got my order and get home to find that not only did they give me mac n cheese instead of green beans.. I only had 11 pieces of chicken and 5 biscuits which should be six. Food is also over cooked and doesnt even taste good. I usually get my food from killian which is better 100% in my opinion. Never again will i order from here.
Tastes like disappointment. IT’S BAD EVERY TIME. At least there’s consistency in that.Slow (worker shortage, I get it), food cold, never have all menu items available.I know y’all like Popeyes. I do too, but this location is AWFUL.
1/8/22 order food pulled up to drive through gave the guy my debit card, while waiting on my food I noticed he never gave a receipt or debit card back. After receiving my food I asked for my debit card and he acted surprised, after finally realizing I know he still had my card he pulled it out of his sweater and gave it to me smh. Never going back again.
It was delicious. Service was fast and they were accurate with my order.Went through the drive-thru and the parking lot was very clean.The biscuits are delicious. I got the eight piece chicken nugget combo, and the nuggets are not spicy, which I like. And the breading was perfectly crisp.
Got in drive thru line on a Sunday after church, line was very long, but it keep moving fast. Person taking order was very friendly and my order was correct and food was pooping hot when I got home.
Popeyes on Two Notch is off the chain today! The fried chicken is amazing! I bought a two can dine, and this is the best Fried Chicken I’ve had ever from Popeyes! I had to call them to tell them as well!
Tried the new Popeyes chicken sandwich everyone is raving about. In 2 words. Not impressed. It was OK, but not near as good as Chic fil A. Fries were awful. No taste, just a pile of grease. Never gave me any napkins. I guess they expected me to wipe my hands on my pants.
