Absolutely horrible experience driving up and seeing the employee sitting in the drive thru window. The same employee was then on her phone the entire time, did not provide a receipt until asked, gave us no silverware, and no napkins. When we drove back around to get silverware the employee continued to be extremely rude and offered no apology. Do not waste your time and money here, find a better location.
Stopped by after work to grab some grub for the family today. Been here plenty of times. Went in and was shocked ? to see the menu board was not working. The restaurant is clean and the Staff was pretty friendly with great attitudes and welcoming smiles.Food was great and delicious!!! Will come back again, for sure.
Visited with some out of town friends on a Sunday afternoon, first time I've ever been to a Popeyes, and I was pleasantly surprised. The counter service was decent, prompt & efficient, my first time order of chicken nuggets was surprisingly tasty, and the biscuit that came with the order was warm & tasty as well. My guest whom accompanied me ordered a four piece box, and indicated the chicken was tasty & "meaty" and just as they enjoyed it, so over all a positive experience.
Cashier' was rude and abrupt. There are no menus with pricing anywhere in the store so you have to ask for price of everything. After being charged $9 45 for a 2pc white combo, I was given a thigh instead of a breast. I guess this is what customer service looks like nowadays. They got over on me but lesson learned... won't go there again
This has to be the WORST fast food establishment in Columbia. I have made a mobile order 2 weeks in a row to either not receive my food at all or receive the wrong food. They have no kind of customer service skills & you have to wait at least 30-45 minutes every time you go in the drive thru line. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but this has been going on since the restaurant opened. Someone needs to help them get some better training.
Had my family come visit and there were many of us which prompted us to attempt to buy the 16 piece which was clearly on the menu. When we started to order they stated that was no longer on the menu and they don't serve that. So then why is it on your menu????? X it out, put a paper over it or something!!! Definitely lost my business
I love popeyes chicken...but this location needs a bit more training on cleaning the chicken before cooking...there were huge feather on the wing...not even sure where they get their chicken, but seems the bought bitty wings and legs because they were so small and replaced the breast with turkey breast because they were huge. Not a fan of this location
Ordered a chicken sandwich for lunch. Drove out the drive thru opened the bag to get the sandwich out and it was cold. I did not have time to go take it back because the line was so long. I ended up putting it in the trash. Very upsetting to say the least and I was I was starving the rest of the day.
It was good but service was a little slow and they seemed disorganized, had a sign on the door for adults to wear masks but it wasn't enforced as I was not wearing one myself. Overall good food, decent price, don't let the mask sign turn you away, just walk right in people! Stay safe and stay home if your sick!
Very very bad experience .food was cold fries were hard . I asked for a large mash potatoes and gravy . And I got I large container with half mash potatoes and no gravy. Chicken was hard and cold it was suppose to be mixed but I got all breast and I wing. Not happy at all. Service was bad. Employees on cell phone while management just watched and did nothing......This is not a Popeye service I'm used to getting.
