We placed an order on the Popeyes app because it gave us some free offers- a free 8 count chicken nugget and a free regular-sized side. I got a classic chicken sandwich and a family sized mac and cheese (to share!) on top of that. We picked up the order and it only took about 5 minutes from start to finish, so that was really nice and convenient! The food was good, I have no complaints.
It’s no way it should take this long in the drive thru! What is going on?? 35 mins is unbelievable. You have to be sick to just sit in the drive thru like that because what??
I asked for non-spicy chicken, and I got spicy, which I'm definitely not a fan of, but I will still eat it. Unfortunately it also had WAY too much salt on the chicken as well. I ended up throwing the chicken in the trash. It was flatly disgusting. I haven't been back. I love the non-spicy chicken from other locations, so this is definitely a location issue. I really hoped it would be better, since I work nearby.
It was a nice experience. first time I Dental Popeyes probably 10 years. I wouldn't eat they are regularly but it was a nice change.
The staff was masked and gloved up. They were really working hard and efficiently. Like a well oiled machine.
I don't eat Popeyes. Never really cared to...but I decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised ?. The staff was very pleasant and quick to get my order out. Been here twice in a week and every visit was pleasant.
Worst food place you can get they have you waiting in line for atleast 20-30 minutes at a time and then have you pull forward forget your order and then come out with COLD ASSS FRIES SO TIRED OF THIS RUN DOWN ESTABLISHMENT
One of the employees took a picture of a customer and interrupted me ordering to show the cashier. They laughed and it was extremely rude. Then the girl who handed me my food was cussing and making rude remarks about me. Never returning and making sure everyone know how awful this Popeyes is.
Complete trash. These people here are completely brain dead and have no ounce of sense. Completely screwed the food up and had a sitting in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes. We had to go back around to the drive-thru to get their attention. Completely stay away from this place!!! I am convinced there are certain individuals that never come out of the mental oppression.
Whatever crew is working today 12/19/2021 the 3:00pm shift is just terrible very bad customer service line out the snacks everyone is coming to the window and knocking at the door.. I had to mobile orders placed my order at 3 got me food at 4:00 no utensils no sauce my food was warm presentation of food is everything it was just terrible young lite skin women hair in a bun and wear glasses whobrought my food out needs to be trained better with customers service she is just simply rude for no reason. No need for you to tell me will your not making it they going to make it smh terrible You don’t like your job don’t work there. I will not come back.
