Ordered Taro milk tea. My daughter and I did not like it, asked for a refund the lady said no we do not give refunds because everyone else likes it. I told her well I’m sorry I’m not everyone else it does not taste like what I’m used to. We only took one sip and my daughter spit hers out. She remade us new ones, and they still tasted the same. She refused to give us a refund. Not one sign that says all sales final or anything. I was not rude about it. I told her that’s fine, I will just dispute it with my bank. Luckily I paid with my card and tossed the 4 drinks in the trash in front of her. I wouldn’t be writing this review if she would have just honored the refund. She was very rude about it. One of the guys told her “it’s probably because we make it with green tea” many places don’t make a taro milk tea with green tea.
Fresh, flavorful, quick service, and great customer service. Can't complain! My group and I got poke and the udon, and they were both so good. Did not expect the udon to have so much flavor.
LOVE THERE FOOD TO DEATH I suggest making you own bowl with- chicken extra- shrimp extra- corn, carrots, edamame, sweet onion and zucchini noodles- plus crispy onionsWith a lot of sweet soy sauce on top plus ask for extra sweet soy
Ate here twice and both times the food was delicious. Highly recommend if you enjoy fresh sashimi with sushi rice in a bowl style.
The food is delicious but my wife and I have eaten here 3 times and 3/3 times we’d felt extremely nauseous afterwards. This last time I was throwing up all night, will never be eating here again
The add on are subpar.. like like jalapeños are the cooked ones out of a jar. The rice isn't great just overall the poke bros franchise is cheap and the quality of food is not great compared to other competitors. Freshe poke is way better.
First time visiting & I freaking love it ? everything I was craving especially the mochi! Will definitely be a customer on the regular!
The food was really good but it's really expensive for the amount of protein you get. Still, I liked it a lot and they have a good variety.
Great spot, been here a few times. Fresh, quality food and friendly service. My only beef with the place is they tend to go a little heavy on their sauces, which can be high in sodium.
