My husband and I frequent this place often. The people are almost always friendly and efficient and the food looks and tastes good. I like to get a glass bottle of Cheerwine when I go. The waffle fries are really good and salads are good! Pictured here is the Buffalo chicken salad and I think the other is Mediterranean salad both without dressing. I like to change from blue cheese to ranch and he didn't like the blueberry vinegarette but the hummus made for a nice dressing.
We had the chicken tenders with garlic sauce and pdq sauce. We also had the spicy nuggets and a honey butter chicken sandwich. My daughter didn't like the sandwich, but we all loved everything else. The macaroni was what I expected it to be. They also had a strawberry shake and Reese's shake, and they said that they were delicious. The fries are crispy, flavorful, and hot. We will be back there soon.
The chicken tenders were dry. My sandwich was supposed to have pickles and it did not. The zucchini fries have been taking off the menu and there are now only three sides that you can even choose from.
Greetings, I would just like to say that my server Myisha went above and beyond as a representative for your company to ensure that my order was correct, she reviewed my order with me and she also offered add on meal services to include and not be limited to your delicious shakes, cookies as well as your healthy vegan meals. Note: I did treat myself to a Vanilla shake and cranberry apple cookie..lolAs I sat in your restaurant (Garner's Ferry Road), I watched her take in person orders at the counter, assist her co-workers in bagging orders and work the drive thru window.Furthermore, she walked the dining room floor to check on all of the customers that were seated, making sure that the seating area was clean that the representation of your restaurant presented itself accordingly and I just wanted to ensure that someone knew that Myisha definitely is an employee that deserves all the accolades that she receives because she showed great customer service in her servitude for all customers. Thank you for hiring such a valuable employee.I would conclude by recommending to your organization that if there are any training programs whereby you train your need hires, that she would be a vital part of that training for these new hires and/or placed in a managerial role in how to serve graciously, with a smile and a pleasantry to have the desire to return to the restaurant simply for the service (although, she now has me wanting a shake weekly...lol??). Really amazing fast food, great customer service and some tasty yet healthy food choices. I love the cranberry oatmeal cookies the most!
Had a bad experience but they made it right. Delicious chicken and waffle fries, beats Chick-fil-A hands down!
Good customer service, fast serving guest.. the food is just bland. Milkshakes are good though.
The food was ok but the prices for food is too high. 5.80 for a kids meal. And giving an adult a tiny 8 ounce cup for water is crazy. Tjey need to wipe the tables and chairs too.
Nice fast friendly drive-thru. My chicken sandwich was pretty good. I wouldn't say it's the best chicken sandwich around but still worth a try. The French fries were yummy and hot.
See the photos below to see why my review is leaning toward a lower rating. Look at the ultra dry chicken. What's the old expression, dryer then a bone? I have been to another PDQ so I can compare quality and unfortunately, this restaurant falls short. The good: staff is friendly. The chicken appears to be fried and then fried again in old oil. It was not fresh but the complete opposite, over cooked and dry. I regret having to write this review but it's not the quality I know of for PDQ. Farmingdale, NY had the exact opposite with moist, crunchy lightly brown chicken. I was visiting the area and ate there twice. I was visiting this area and went further out to stop here. They can makes some changes and all will be good. The fries were good so you'll get three stars.
