Waited an hour and 7 min for our food they blamed short staffing. That was bull at least 6.people working. While I was getting a refund our food finally made it out.
When I was there on a Sunday there were very few employees working. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and I had to wait like 15 minutes to get service as there was a long line. Honestly there weren't many customers there which was surprising for a Sunday morning... Right? The store itself is nice and it's in a good location. My coffee was good and I was able to sit and work on my computer. I think they're just short handed.
Always has dirty tables. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and the sausage was undercooked. Bagel was hardly toasted if it was even toasted at all.
The worst Panera experience. Very unfortunate because I was a Panera fan prior to coming here on campus for grad school. I recognize they must be super busy on campus BUT there is ZERO sense of urgency at this place aka bad customer service. Can someone from Panera corporate office come save this place? I used to work at a fast food place and customer service is priority!

the employees r mean sometimes but the one girl who shouts the order like an auctioner is super dope. also, they never get my pick up order wrong ✨
Everytime I go there the food is great but they always forget something and today it was my fruit cup. Yeah it doesn't sound so bad but I was super excited about it then I was in a rush to get to class and forgot to check my bag. It wasn't until I already got to class that i realized it was missing. Tbh I was sadder then I'd like to admit.
The staff is polite and helpful. However, they are very stingy on the meat. The past three times I've ordered different breakfast sandwiches and I've had to move what little meat was on my sandwich to one side. Then I cut it in half so I'm not eating an egg sandwich. Which is mostly what it is. Strike three guys and gals.
food is very good. love the roasted tomato and corn soup. However, portions are small. Half a sand with for @ $ 8-10.00 is too much!
