Will never go there again. I used to go regularly but this time the service was horrible. The manager had nothing but a bad attitude especially when she had to come out of her office and work. The food was cold and not prepared well.

After a long day of travel, it was SOOOO good to find this Panera Bread! Jasmine went out of her way to make us feel welcome (as she did the ladies ahead of us in line). Everything was excellent!

Great location. The drive through service was a little slow but the food was good. The chicken sandwich isn’t as good as Popeyes and chick-fil-a. Their grilled cheese is very good!

It's about the best one in town, but that unfortunately doesn't say much. It seems they rarely clean the tables because they are always smudgy with a few crumbs. Music is too loud. Toilet paper resting on the handicap handle bars? Give me a break. Put the dang roll inside its holder, people. Very lazy. It was this way a few days ago, so if management sees this and looks at the tp, it may not be that way, but I assure you it was.

This panera bread is rolling down hill. Bad customer service, missing food, less quantity, you name it! I ordered 4 full size soups to go. As I arrived home, found out two of the cups weren't even half full. They changed me the price of full size soup yet didn't deliver the quantity. And it wasn't very busy when I went there. Its just pure negligence on behalf of the servers. They also forgot to include salad in my order I have to go back to pick it up. And it isn't the first time, I have had several orders messed up like this. Reported the issues before but they are yet to improve. Patetic service. I will think twice before going back again.

My only issue was I had to wait at the drive-thru for soup a little longer than normal. Food was on point fresh and hot. Wish I had gotten the young lady's name that was working the drive-thru window, because she was so polite and so professional.

This is absolutely the worst Panera I have ever been to and they were bad even before the labor shortage. I literally watched at the drive-thru window how my order which was incorrect and then remade using the same bagel therefore the bagel was tough and chewy absolutely disgusting and they also gave me the wrong drink. This is the first time I'm writing a review on this Panera but I have had bad experiences for over 2 years and I tried to give them a chance but I can't anymore corporate really needs to come down and close the store to do some training like they did with the Starbucks that's on Robert Branch as well.I am not sure what's going on at this store but it's been going on for about 3 years if I could give them zero Stars I would.

I received msg that the bagels i ordered were ready to be picked up. The bagels were not ready, not sliced. Staff wasn't too happy to prepare bagels so i said, dont worry about slicing them... Slow service. She was mixing orders and putting them in one bag. I ordered 3 bagel packs and she was combining the bagels and not by orders. I had to tell her to pls prepare it how it was ordered coz it will go to different people. She placed two cream cheese and when i corrected her that i ordered an extra one, she gave me the look that she wanted to cursed me out! The whole time she didn't say a word! No apologies or whatsoever. No thank yous for placing my 3 packs of bagels that was promised to me that it was ready by 7:10am. No napkins, no utensils...like seriously?? I give Panera for 1 star and that is all for the bagels. The service sucks big time early morning.

Panera is not cheap but the service and food definitely is at this location. The cashier was blatantly not interested in us or soup was cold and the French onion soup didn’t have any cheese or croutons. I thought it might be staffing but there were more employees in the back than customers. I went to asked about the cheese and croutons and had to interrupt a conversation of 5+ employees. They sprinkled cheese on it and forgot about the croutons and went back to their conversation. Great way to waste some money.

One of the worst Paneras I've ever had to deal with. I've gone on several occasions to get soup and they never have any. I always try to order the cheddar broccoli or the turkey chili and they never have any. Then today around 6pm I go to purchase just 2 bread bowls through the the drive thru to use for my canned tomato soup since I already know after previous times they don't have the soup I like to order and the cashier initially says they can't just sell us the bread bowls. When you can literally go inside to the bakery and purchase 2 and I didn't do that from the get go because I have 3 children in carseats and wasn't going to leave them in the car. Then after asking someone she says I can. Get to the window and pay, now mind you I was the ONLY one in the drive thru. Paid for my bread and waited almost 10-15 minutes for the cashier just to realize the bread bowls are under the counter and all she had to do was wrap them up and put them in a bag for me. At this point there's 4 cars behind me. I will NEVER return to this Panera bread ever again, in which I won't ever return to Panera since the Blythewood location is the closest one to me. Terrible service and the cashier didn't even bother to apologize for the wait.
