So I’m Vegetarian and I love there Mediterranean veggie sandwiches ?. But today I got a pick two with the sandwich and the New Mexican soup. First was the sandwich it wasn’t a big deal to me cause it’s not like a bug or anything but there was a plastic knife in the sandwich. Also I was eating the soup and I noticed my soup had this texture and I figured it was the potatoes but no as I was eating I decided to look at it, it was meat I think it was turkey but it’s the fact that it was included in the soup I’m over here looking up the ingredients cause I swear there was no meat in it . Overall yea today wasn’t there day idk??♀️?
My food from this location is usually good. The staff just isn’t friendly. I recently joined the Sip club today & the cashier was rude due to me not understanding why I could only get 1 drink if this program is suppose to be “Unlimited”. I also had to go back to the cash register to ask if they had drink carriers. Instead of verbally telling me where they were or simply hand it to me, she pointed with an attitude.
I inquired about the value duets since I had seen them in the app and the location even had posters on the outside of the building advertising it. When I asked the cashier, I received an attitude from her stating they don’t have such a thing. They only had the pick two. I ended up ordering which duet I wanted and paid double the price. Primarily irritated since there’s advertisement all over the building and even states available in the app. However, the irritated response I received definitely took a hard hit on my experience. Everyone else was friendly though!
Believe it or not, this is my first time having Panera...I ordered the Thai chicken soup and turkey avo BLT and it was delicious. I honestly didn't expect the soup to taste as great as it did but after the first spoonful I basically drank it from the bowl ?
I placed an order online for rapid pick up this morning cause we are going on a road trip, I got the text that my order was ready and when I got there it wasn’t ready, the ladies were sitting in the back with their phones and went there to ask about my order they got up and started fixing it after 10 minutes they give me my order I go to the car and start checking everything and I had no utensils, no cream cheese that I paid for, and the kids milk had no straw attached to it, I had to go back in 3 times to ask for all this missing things, they were going in and out the kitchen walking with their phones, I asked for a manager, of course there is no manager. Terrible service!
Went there this morning and ordered 2 sandwiches. The bag they gave me had 2 sandwiches of different sizes. I thought that was strange so I went inside to verify the order. The employee who made my order showed me the sandwiches and explained that the bread for the sandwiches comes in different sizes. I said "OK my bad". She then says something like "well I told you this bag was your order so this IS your order." Why the unnecessary rudeness? I just wanted to make sure I didn't walk off with someone else's order and they acted as though I was being unreasonable.
Went here for a meeting. Didn’t have a meeting, but I didn’t regret going. Their sandwiches are really good. Fantastic place to meet up too.
I've been coming here looking for someone from my childhood. I've searched everywhere for 2 years on social media and other means. There's the picture of the school we went to. This is my last resort. You can find me on facebook and mostly there Sat 1-3pm. Besides that, I have no complaints of this place. The staff has always been friendly to me.
I love it the food was really good and it was my first time eating there.
I came here to have a sandwich and I wanted a little bit to relax. But the staff was very rude to me. Kyle specifically was very rude, it wasn't worth the money and it just kinda ruined my afternoon.
