This location has really gone down I ordered in drive thru and as I'm ordering I went to make a change and the guy says rudely the plate is already made! I explained to him what I wanted anyway so he takes it amongst himself to pull off half the chicken an put 2 pcs of beef and brocolli(what I ordered) which I threw in the trash when I got home! I won't be back to this location apparently the management has changed for the worse!plates plates I ordered

Went to the restaurant at about 8 pm and they were out of more than half of their menu items. Based upon other reviews it doesn't appear to be a fluke. Kind of ridiculous to be that wiped out at a fast food restaurant, regardless of any "supply chain issues". It wasn't that close to close and there was a decent flow of customers still.Ended up walking out without purchasing, as they were out of anything I would want.Additionally, if you were planning on dining in, the dining room closes an hour early and not the time on door. I felt like the employees magically expected me to know that.

They enjoy making you wait even though no one else is inline. There was only 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru, so again, there was no reason I had to wait. I wasn't pleased with the serving of rice that I received in the plate vs. the bowl. The interior and exterior were clean. My coupon for a free entree was not accepted, so, I will NOT be returning to this location again.

Manager not customer friendly and does not focus on person in front of them. Never any food left at 7pm, should have a full menu available until 30 minutes before closing. This community has long hour working jobs. Fast food is supposed to make our lives easier, not an inconvenience. Get it together, asap

We normally drive to this location from Lexington, however we won’t be back after the rudeness we experienced tonight. To be out of fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, black pepper chicken, and teriyaki chicken all at the same time is unacceptable and poor planning when there were at least 5-6 people were working. I asked how long it would take for more chow mein and was told 10-15 minutes. Had no problem waiting, however while we were waiting for it they ran out of everything else and were incredibly rude when I asked for updated time or how long it would take for everything else to be ready and wasn’t given an answer. Hunter specifically was incredibly rude and dismissive when I pressed further for an estimated time, as I didn’t want the rest of our food to be cold while waiting for the rest of it to cook. I understand the issues going on in the food service industry as well as the impact Covid has had, however that is no excuse to be rude to customers that have been loyal to Panda Express for many years.

Food was good. Had to ask for a cup for my drink, then had to go back and ask for a straw. But 1st time there and I would go back.

Your manager, Jordan, at the Killian Road, Columbia, SC, location. He is rude and very condescending. He doesn’t need to be in a customer facing role. His attitude sucks. I don’t appreciate the tone he spoke to me in as if I am less than him. Provide him with training or remove him from the front line immediately. Horrible customer service.

Never had a problem with this location. Food is always good and hot! And never much of a line

Chinese take out and dine in restaurant. Food is cooked and placed inside an area where you can pick from. The food is pretty good, but they were short staffed and my order took longer. Their food items are usually pretty good though. They are a national chain good place for take out Chinese food ? ? ?

Went for the first time today 12/18 at 6:15pm. Ordered 2 plates and 2 spring rolls. Got home with my food and no spring rolls!! I paid for something I didn't even get. I should've read all the negative reviews. Not coming back.
