This place was generally good for quite awhile but recently their service has gone downhill. I ordered online thinking they would my food ready when I arrived but I proceeded to wait for over 35 minutes past the time they claimed it would be ready while they helped at least 10 other customers who had walked in. I'm fairly understanding on a few minutes but over 35 was ridiculous. Don't both to go here if you expect to receive your meal in a timely manner. I am unlikely to be back to this location and will encourage others to do the same.

Very friendly service, clean environment. It's our favorite Chinese restaurant. The price is right and the food is awesome. The amount of food is great

Double check order when ordering online. They left off large order of egg rolls. Called and was told they couldn’t take it off the 43 dollar order. I could come in and get credit for future purchase. This was my first time ordering and after one time I am done with this restaurant. The honey sesame chicken was boring, no flavor. The fried rice was tasteless, I mean nothing. The super greens consisted of 80% cabbage. The orange chicken was tasty, but the chicken is cut in inconsistent sizes and some was crispy and some was soggy. I would judge the egg rolls had they been included in the order. It was worth losing 10.60 in egg rolls to find out just how bad this place is. While Miyos has its issues the five minute drive down Forest Dr is worth it.

The forest drive Panda Express is trash, the last two times we’ve we waited 20-30 minutes for a simple two order ticket. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a free food voucher with purchase of another entree. We attempt to use a voucher yesterday, and a different manager ignored us at the window and we had to wait another 30 minutes. The food received was cold and the double portion entree I wouldn’t even consider a single portion, 90% rice. This manager was not apologetic in the least just playing around on the clock with her coworkers and ignoring patrons. This is unacceptable business.

Every time we come here they are always out food and always have some lame excuse. Then the manager asks me not to take pictures of their lack of food because he doesn't want to be put on blast for not adequately preparing for a Friday night. How do you close your kitchen when you have more than an hour left before closing. I could see if this was a one-time event but this is every time we come. I didn't even bother. Such poor management to always disappoint customers.

Delicious.com and super customer service.2 weeks later, im hungry from a busy day, I go here... and there is HAIRRRRR ...in my food!! Disgusting!!

This is how customer service should be. I came in to use a gift card I’d received for Christmas. Computer showed a zero balance and not only did they give my food to me for free, the manager gave me the number to call to get the funds figured out. Love it

I was hoping to try the almond chicken here. There were 6 pieces in the dish that had CLEARLY been sitting there for quite some time.Asked the employee if they could make some fresh, that I wanted to get 2-3 orders of it and didn't mind waiting. She flat out refused to make fresh food for me. Refused it. At 320pm, not 5 minutes before closing.Who does that??! God awful customer service! Nobody wants to eat your soggy and gummy "crispy" almond chicken! Will never, ever, be returning. Ever.Someone better talk to that lady.

Website ordering works less than 1/2 the time. Employees are usually not friendly. Occassionally there is someone nice. Chances are they will not have the entrees and sides that you want, they seem to make small batches, which doesn't really work for a fast food place serving lunch. The food taste is comparable to mall food court chinese.1 star for occasional nice employee + 1 star for decent enough tasting food.

Employees act like they hate being here. They ignore you as much as they can, when they can’t ignore you anymore they act like they are ready to prepare your plate then turn their head and start talking between them while you tell them your selections. Customer attention is awful.
