Outback os consistent no matter the location service is decent good menu also good for kids.
This particular Outback is decent at times, the food for the most part has been consistently good but the Service can be up in the air. ??
The food was great and our server was excellent. I believe her name was Dee(?). She handled our family of 14, with multiple tabs, with patience and kindness. All our orders were correct and she checked back frequently even though they were extremely busy. We all enjoyed our lunch especially my 94 year old Papa. Thanks for making his birthday lunch a great experience!
Ordered take out. Was missing items. The guy bringing me my order was great but the two women handling the to go were annoyed that I went through the bag to check and had attitudes with me.Fast forward a few weeks. My family wanted outback tonight. Ugh my gut said no, but I went ahead and ordered to go anyway. This time I wouldn't even give them the 1 star I gave last time. Below I will add a pic of the chicken tenders. They were tough as I don't know what and extra small. We all know their meals aren't cheap. There was a time when you got decent sized tenders that were actually tender. My potato was extra small too and I had a Caesar salad that was full of romaine stalks. Understand romaine can have some stalks but when you discard them and you have more stalks then leafy lettuce...it's a problem. Below are the 3 tenders remaining. Should have taken a pic of the whole meal.
We got take out, and I will start by saying the staff was nice and service was fast.The bloomin shrimp were wonderful.But my meal of the prime rib sandwich was barely edible. All the meat in it was completely charred scraps that were more like sawdust then meat. For the price and reputation of outback... You expect food that you don't have to chug water after every bite just to get it down.
the steaks are so tender and salads are fresh. Service is the best.
Great establishment with awesome food. Attentive waitresses, but they are short staff so have patience. Our server did an awesome job and the sauces were amazing
If steaks were nothing but thick shoe leather, this meal would be a perfect experience. Outback steakhouse is a shadow of it's former self. I honestly don't know why I keep going back. It's like they are everywhere, so it's easy. I tell myself, "Self, maybe this time they won't totally screw it up". But alas, every time I have ordered anything from Outback Steakhouse in the last ten years, it has been dreadful. Do yourself a favor, and order food from Texas Roadhouse. They still care about quality, and their steaks far surpass the quasi-protein grey lumps of canvas that Outback serves as steaks.
I hate to even post this but I have no idea what has happened to Outback. Maybe it's just the after effects from covid but the food wasn't cooked correctly, looked and tasted awful, had to send my wife's steak back when it came out almost raw, then it came back almost burnt, I will say that the server was amazing but you could tell they were overworked and exhausted, I felt bad for the server but she did the best she could. Lastly, the short young white girl with the filthy shirt at the hostess stand when we walked in was disgusting, and her attitude and demeanor towards our party was awful and a poor choice to have as the first person you see entering in the restaurant. With the higher prices for food, we'll just be choosing a nicer place next time.
My first and last time at this Outback location. Started out fine, drinks and blooming onion with fresh bread. Ordered no cheese on salad and it came out with cheese, easy fix. My mother finished her water and could use a refill. Took about 10 minutes(Could have been more but I only started timing after a few minutes of already waiting) before we were able to get the waiter's attention. Few minutes later the correct salad came out then took a few more minutes before a water refill reached the table. Ordered my Alice something chicken dish without honey mustard and it came with honey mustard on the chicken and extra on the side overflowing onto the plate. Did not see the waiter to get it fixed until after my family was through with their meals. My appetite was ruined and I didn't ask for another to be prepared, just taken off the bill. The manager took it off but did not stop by to check on us or anything. The waiter just kept blaming it on the kitchen, but it was a combination of the kitchen and poor service possibly due to being short staffed at that time. I would give less stars but I have been in the waiter's shoes and understand the level of busy he was. Not sure where the manager was but I really hope they were helping him behind the scenes because they were absolutely no help on the floor.
