It's close to my job so about once a week I go here. It is getting worse and worse. After today I will not be returning to this establishment. Today marks the third time I have got sat and waited for 10 minutes and not approached by my server. Two different groups were sat after me and served first, all well and good but 10 minutes? Come on. Food is always ok. Service is 8 times out of 10 not great. I've heard cooks and servers yelling from the back having loud conversations and cussing. It's a chain restaurant sure but this particular one reeks of mismanagement. Bartenders don't know how to make menu drinks, servers don't know what's on the menu, can't tell you anything. Really poor quality service. I'm buying a steak and a cooked meal, I'm not at McDonald's. Get it together. Thanks for the copy and pasted reply! Pretty legit.
Short wait time for a table. Friendly waitstaff. Ordered steak medium rare, arrived really rare. Long wait time for bar service.
I order the steak dip and when I open the bag it was just enough for 3 chips ? call back several times n still no answer I definitely won’t be returning

We had nearly an hour wait in a half empty restaurant (they said we were waiting on our server to arrive), the hostess was not very pleasant about it, and the food was ok but not great. For the cost, this was not a good experience, but is frankly pretty consistent for what we've experienced with Outback over the last 5 years or so.
Great night out! Even though it was crowded and we sat at the bar. The staff and food was FANTASTIC ❤
Our server was great. He came out to the car to get our order and he was very cordial. The steak and ribs combo was good very tasty, well flavored. The bloom shrimp was extremely salty. Don't recommend the bloom shrimp at all.
Half fried half grilled shrimp dinner was very tasty. The blackberry martini was amazing
Service was great, waitress kept our drinks full & bread fresh without us having to ask. My steak wasn't quite cooked enough. I asked if they could cook a bit longer & she said yes. The manager brought me a newly cooked steak and baked potato and apologized for the 1st not being cooked how I wanted. Upon paying the bill, we realized that my steak was free. AMAZING treatment!
Attention to detail was missing. Steaks not done according to order. Waitress not particularly friendly. Everything just okay at best.
