I waited 10 minutes before I decided to go to the desk and order my food to good. The bar tender was sitting down the hold time. After I placed my order it took the bar tender another 10 minutes to ask me if I needed to order or if I wanted a drink. I use to come here alot but now I see why I quit. I just got my to go order a finally got a beer from the bar tender. Some of the staff were great. I left the bar to place my order Togo and they were great. I finally got my beer two minutes before I got my food
I don’t typically comment but I feel this needs to be said. This is only MY opinion but my entire family felt this way today. Olive Garden has always been a family favorite but this location is not. We have had the same experience twice when visiting. Today will be the last. We teach our children to respect everyone and give people the benefit of the doubt when people behave rudely or seem they may have a problem with you, but we definitely felt very uncomfortable. We were not greeted with a smile and were told we had to wait for 15 minutes. While the wait wasn’t the problem, it was the fact other families that were not the same race were seated after we arrived. This location does not have reservations. We waited the 15 minutes and the host looked at us and told us to go sit in the bar area. Didn’t guide us with menus, just told us to go sit. My kids were starving so we sucked it up and sat. After sitting uncomfortably for a minute, my family and I decided together that today was the day we would never come back. This only reflects poorly on the person who had the opportunity to treat me and my family with respect and I can only hope this was an exaggeration on my part.
Lunch portions are small for the price. I don't think my lasagna was one piece it looked like two small ends. Ronil P the server was nice.
I went to dinner here with my Sister in law and her fiance tonight and Aniya H was the best waitress we've ever had, by far! She was very kind, attentive and read the table very well. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Could not have asked for a better waitress!
On a recent visit my wife and I enjoyed at late lunch. Our server was Rondil, who was one of the best we've ever had.. very attentive and offer suggestions. Our dinners were delicious. Great service encourages repeat visits and Rondil will have us coming back.
First time experience in my 20something years of life. The bread sticks could've been more buttery. No other complaints however. The staff is friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. My strawberry Bellini was delicious.
The best olive garden I've seen. Not only were the food and service excellent, but also the decor and design of the interior. Fine dining experience, like being in an upscale restaurant without the price.
The waiter was good but the food was definitely nothing special. My family and I (3 adults and a child) went for lunch on a Saturday ($80). It wasn't bad but it wasn't that great either. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon because $ 18 for chicken Alfredo on a child size plate meant for adults is a little excessive. I also find it interesting that a tea is almost $4.00. Please understand, I don't my spending money on food as I am a foodie, but I take it personal when the food just isn't worth it. Olive Garden is like Fazoli at this point in taste.
With an over-flowing parking lot, I was really worried that it would be packed out with slow service but it was actually very spaced out and pretty quick! The food came out hot and our server Kira was so nice I tipped her twice! Items of note: the cheesy marinara dipping sauce for the breadsticks, the chicken/shrimp carbonara, and the chocolate cheesecake! If you're Omicron-cautious, they did a great job of masking, cleaning, and seating tables farther away than normal. A+++
The server was amazing, that is pretty much why I gave it 4 stars. The food has gone down hill over the past few years. They removed one of my favorite dishes a couple years ago and lost interest in coming here. I like the soup the gnocchi which is very good. I like when they have the unlimited pasta bowls. The food is fair, just seems like a big chain restaurant now.
