Disappointed. I expect more from this Olive Garden. Seems to have gone down hill a bit. 35 minute wait at 8:45 PM with 70% of tables empty. = understaffed = probably underpaid workers = poor management. Our waiter was very nice and kind but not very good as a waiter. A bit inattentive with lack of attention to detail. Food for multiple people came out at different times. Went for long periods before we got our drinks and other things. Hot plates provided for salad and entree came out tepid. Taste of the entree was good but breadsticks were stale. Restaurant cleanliness was good but not excellent. Hostess was borderline rude and on the way out another hostess was too busy talking with coworkers to even notice us or say goodbye. Overall the experience wasn’t worth it. Prices were up (which is fine) but service didn’t match.
My favorite place to eat. I just love the salad there and that shrimp scampi with the asparagus is really good
Service and food were great! Matthew at the bar is so attentive and sweet! I had the stuffed Asiago shells with grilled chicken.
I love that you can be added to the wait-list online. As usual the food was fantastic.Our waitress was a little disappointing; we keep waiting on our bill but she was no where to be found. My son attempted to pay at the table but couldn't get the machine to read our card. We waited at least an extra 30-40 mins for the waitress to come back to our table.

The food was great. We had the most awesome waitress her name was Jay and probably the best waitress we have had in several years. Had a great time on our wedding anniversary dinner. Great food awesome service rate a 10 !!
Everything was delicious. All the food. So so good. I will become a regular at Olive Garden again. Our service was great and polite. Great job to the entire staff!
Very delicious lunch yesterday. Server, Jay, was excellent! She arrived at our table with a smile and took such great care of us during our meal. Service and food were perfect!
Very disappointed. Didn't get seated. People seated that came in after me. Had to ask why. The lady said sorry we put your number in wrong so I couldn't get a text when my table was ready. Food was not good. Usually happy with olive garden but not this time.
I came out to this Olive Garden on a date with my girlfriend. Their food was pretty delightful once we had a waiter to serve us. I do not know why it took them so long for us to get one. Maybe because we are young, so they looked over us but still. On another hand, the waiter we did get was amazing. Before serving us we could tell he was looking to see if someone was going to take our table. He quickly apologized, but we knew the wait was not his fault. Definitely recommending the salad. ?
