What idiot decided it was a good idea to put chocolate chips in a red velvet cake? Totally ruined what should have been a pleasurable experience. Usually what Nothing Bundt Cake offers is good, but this was the mistake of an a-hole wanting to be clever.

I have had the cakes before and they are all delicious! I went to the Harbison location yesterday to get a small cake for my daughter, who was home sick on her birthday. The guy who helped me packaged the cake then said he’d had a long, rough day and wanted to do something nice so he was paying for my cake! How sweet! I almost cried. I have purchased from here several times before and the customer service is always wonderful, but this was really the extra mile. I thanked him and explained how it was for my sick daughter. What a nice guy! I will definitely be back. My daughter was so happy with her red velvet cake.

I love every one of their cakes! I haven't tried a flavor that wasn't amazing. I look so forward to the seasonal flavors like Snickerdoodle and Strawberries and cream. I highly recommend them for all your special occasions or even a special treat you deserve!

I ordered the lemon, carrot and pecan bundtlets. Lemon was moist and flavorful. The other 2 were dry and tasteless. Will visit other locations or stick with lemon if I go back.

Cakes are delicious but the service I received sucked. I ordered online and scheduled a 1pm pickup I called at 1:06 to inform them I was running late. I got there around 1:15 and my bundles was not ready I waited 15 minutes with the lady forgetting that she was working on my order ? and there was no box. Apparently they ran out so I asked for a big bag because she had put them in 2 bags of 6 which was hard to carry out. ? she seemed annnoyed that I requested a bigger bag and just placed the bag on the counter without even offering to transfer the cakes into the bigger bag. She was rude and dismissive I won't recommend.
