My drink had a whole dead fly inside smh ?♂️ then I called and the person who picked up the phone was rude about it. Like don’t be rude when a customer is explaining that it’s a issue with the food that they paid for. I wish I checked before I drove off. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I got all the way home. Definitely a -10/10 for me! Sanitation is a big no go for me.be prepared to wait in line for an hour
I usually come here to get some sweet potato bread for my wife and I never have issues. Customer service is great at all hours of the day and night.
The food was delicious! I absolutely loved the shrimp po boy sandwich. My kids loved the mozzarella sticks.
This was an unexpectedly good find for a quick lunch stop! They have a large, reasonably priced seafood menu, and their fried items were crispy without being too oily.We got the fried oyster platter and some calamari rings, along with fried green beans and mozzarella sticks.
We stopped here, on our way thru Columbia while we were out of town. I knew this place had to be good, because the drivethru line was out to the street at 10:30pm. We had the Gyro sandwiches, and they definitely were awesome ? Highly recommend this spot for great food and the folks are courteous too.
Was in the mood for some seafood. Nick's did not fail to give me what I requested. The staff was professional, the wait wasn't that long, the place looked clean and neat from my view point. Nick's is my 2nd seafood spot if I can't get to Crafty Crabs Legs (I think I said the correct name. ??♀️? ).
Always delicious!Wings, gyros, burgers, seafood and fish. I prefer my seafood and fish grilled and am never disappointed!Oh and the Cajun fried green beans are fantastic.
*I took it back the next day and they fixed the issue with no hesitation.I went there at 3:30 AM and ordered the crab leg special. I was given chicken gizzards, fries, and fried shrimp. I’m calling and no one is answering as they are closing. I have a picture posted of the food along with the date and time. I will be back there tomorrow to resolve this. Always check your bag. Crab legs are too expensive to make these type of mistakes. The cashier is named Zakaria. Either an employee ate my crabs or they gave them to the wrong customer. Highly disappointed.
I was given the WRONG fish.I ordered Flounder but got a a TOTALLY different type of fish. There were NO UNTENSILS in my bag. The customer service while at the menu board asking a question was VERY nonchalant. THE ONLY PLUS was that my meal was hot.
The customer service was worst than the food. I had to request a fork to eat with. Smh!!! The drive-thru clerk acted as if today was the worst day of her life. The shrimp tasted like it was fried in old grease. The fish was bland and the fries were almost luke warm. Idk...maybe my neighbors dog will eat the rest. I should've requested a refund and returned it at the window. When the cashier was giving absolute horrible attitude and poor customer service. I can not recommend this location. Too bad it won't allow for zero stars.
