Literally only bad experiences with this place. This time they "didn't have the 2 gyro Special" that was advertised outside and charged me individually. They gave the shrimp plate to the car in front of me. And finally gave me a receipt for $29 but my bank statement says $35.That was just this trip. I usually never received drinks when I ordered for us. But when my girl orders it, we both got drinks.Absolutely trying to get my money back.
Only downside is yall don't have any restaurants in the aiken area...I literally came all the way from aiken for a gyro and some hot wings..I be craving this food yall! ?
The word Gyro is in the name on the sign. Went for a gyro and a drink. Drive through only. If Disneyworld ever has a crack neighborhood ride, it will look like the drive through. Got gyro and drink. $10.96. Went across street for gas. Noticed no tzatziki sauce on gyro. Went back to drive through. Asked for sauce. Bad audio system. "I ordered a gyro and there's no sauce on it." "We're out of tzatziki sauce. Just gave out our last one." "You have no tzatziki sauce in the restaurant?" "No sir." "Then I want a refund." "Can't do that right now; my gm is out." "I'll be back."May go back for a refund if I'm back in that lovely neighborhood. Never for anything to eat. Just a waste of time.
I had a taste for some fish so I went to Nicks on St Andrew’s rd and they didn’t have unsweetened tea so I accepted water. Told them I was diabetic. I was the only person in line and nobody was in the store. Employees on their phones. I was handed lemonade. Then they gave me water. I got my food and left. Got home and they gave me whiting after I asked for talas. I tried calling for 30 min and they would not answer so I took the food back. The fries were so old they had hardened. When I got there she said it’s been 30 minutes. I’m like, I tried calling and you didn’t answer so I had to come all the way back. They fixed my god but the girl was horribly rude and repeating over and over her excuses for the mistake and never offered any type of compensation for serving me the wrong fish with old overbooked fries. This is the 3rd time with horrible customer service here and getting bad food. I’m done with them. This place was the best when it first opened a few years ago but now it’s awful food and bad service!
Still the best fast food around but they don't have the same menu as other locations.
Apparently this restaurant is underneath new ownership. It was between 5 and 6 pm. One group of customers were dinning inn the restaurant. The other set of customers were ordering out. A sign posted on the door, " due to limited staffing, the hours of operation has changed." "WE ARE HIRING. " The original staffs were not behind the counter. Half the staff were unloading cateringboxes from a staff's personal vehicle. This should have been my STOP sign. No, no, I processed in the restaurant. I ordered my family usually order. The fried oysters had a salty, soggy batter. Actually, the fried oysters looked like over breaded chicken nuggets. The French fries had a salty, grease taste. The chicken wings were dry and flavorless. The fried shrimp had a thick salty covering.
The food was good, had to go back because they forgot the fries and then when went back for the fries this was in my bag with the fires
2 gyros just not the same not enough meat small shaved pieces some hard maybe it was an off day we will try it again soon
I was so disappointed last night. I called in my order and they told me 15-20 minutes. I got there in 25 mins had to wait 45-50 mins for my burger to be incorrect, my crab legs be over cooked no corn or rolls and they forgot my fries I had to get them. My food wasn't hot except the burger. When I first came in they said I was waiting on my crab legs after almost a hour now they were waiting on my burger then cold fries. The drive thru got cleared twice and people I seen come in while I was there got their food before me and left. Service was nice so I tipped. Next time I'm not tipping until I get my food. I understand y'all short staffed but quality was expected to be higher and it wasn't.
Sadly to say this doesn't compare to the Nick's on two notch.The 2 stars is for the polite cashier and the mediocre French fries. Customer service was fine but all 3 different meals I purchased was a double thumbs down. A few of the chicken wings were not fully cooked and pink inside! Restaurant was not crowded but the wait time was extremely too long for the quality of food we received. There is no 2nd chance redemption, we will not be returning.
