The Pad Thia, Chicken Satay and combo appetizer had me begging for more... but I was stuffed... so much food and it was fantastic. I wish I could eat it even day. The Boba tea was also excellent. I had the pineapple boba 1st trip, Taro boba the 2nd and the Thia tea with Boba the 3rd trip.I highly recommend this place.
The Pad Thai was everything I thought it would be—took me back to eating from street vendors in Bangkok. The waitress was extremely attentive and while I was there a health inspection took place. I watched the inspector go over the report with the owner and tell her she was doing a great job. From my perspective, I would have to agree!
Our first time my expectations were obviously over stated
Literally JUST left, and am THOROUGHLY satisfied! I know there may have been some ups and downs with management changes, and the pandemic, but trust, they're back!! A refreshed menu and great customer service leads you to the best part, the food. Though I miss my calamari, the wings and rice was outstanding! Always a favorite stop, and will be back soon!
I loved the New Bangkok Restaurant in Columbia SC. I liked it so much that I got the same pad thai dish two nights in a row... the place isn't much to look at but the food is delicious! I would give the food 5 stars but the place has zero atmosphere so I can't go overboard with 5 stars. The lady serving is super nice.7509 Garners Ferry Rd H, Columbia, SC 29209
We got crab wontons, Chicken Lo-mein and shrimp Pad Thai all of it was delicious!! The lady helping us was so incredibly nice we will definitely go again!
Very fast and really good take-out for a late dinner, pad thai was really good and the thai tea was also incredible, definitely returning again
Pleasantly delighted! Loved it! It's not your typical run-of-the-mill Chinese food. You can tell that everything is made fresh and more authentic. I ordered the General Tsao's chicken and was initially disappointed to find that it was not as "saucy" as I'm used to, but after tasting it I realized it was better! Freshly fried, oh-so-crispy, and a lovely flavor! And the rice and egg roll were likewise a shade different than the usual, but in a great way! I'd happily go again. Also I got a meal with fried rice and an egg roll for $13, and this is EASILY two meals. Tons of food. Also the lady at the counter was very nice. I did have to wait a bit when I showed up to pick up my order, but it was worth it.
I’ve been coming here off an on for a long time. The food has changed over the passing time but this review is from my last visit. The food is usually great but changes a little every time due to food cooked fresh as you are there. Being cooked fresh the cook times may vary, and isn’t known for being fast.Wait staff is very attentive, and if you’re well known they will pick a little fun with ya. They have some food that you won't find anywhere else locally. Warning the sweet tea isn't good.If ya want to try something a little funky ask for the Thai Tea.Sesame chicken is one of my favorites, they have big chicken wings too, and most dishes come with more rice and or noodles you can handle.
Best crab wontons in town, best homemade duck sauce, authentic fried rice with fresh vegetables, best homemade hot sauce, large portion sizes always leftovers, plenty of low fat options that can be customized upon request, friendly and welcoming customer service, and last but not least best Thai donuts in town with homemade dipping sauce.
