Only go here as the last resort. The bartenders are not attentive at all if they don't know you. They literally gave us our food and never checked on us again, and just hung on the right side where there regulars are. Also never buy a pitcher, they are way over priced for what you actually receive and the regularly purchased drinks taste watered down. Never again....
Everything was amazing at this restaurant! The staff, the chef even came from the back and talk with myself and my mother! Our waitress was really sweet we felt like we knew her! This was my second time going to this location within 2 week, and I live an hour away! It's SOOO worth the drive! I'm in love with the Grilled salmon, and the salmon bites are soo flavorful and fried just right! The asparagus and fried broccoli, side salad, sautéed spinach was a delight as well. The Nachos, were delicious also!! My mom and I shared, u get alot considering it's only an appetizer. We ordered enough food for the next day! Needless to say WE LOVE IT HERE!! The first time that my husband and I went to My House Restaurant and Bar. Everyone was really warm and welcoming. It literally was like being among family. We really loved the karaoke, because the dj was cool. We loved that this is a older generation crowd. And that it is an black owned business. That is an added plus for us. We can't wait to go back again. Thank you!!!?
It's described as a Restaurant & bar. "I personally" consider A Restaurant & bar as a Restaurant that serves Alcohol (IE Applebees, Fatz etc.) I feel it should be described as a Bar & grill because it's a Bar that serves food. I can't speak about the food. I took my 12 yr old step son thinking it would be a Restaurant that served Alcohol. We left when I realized it wasn't.
I liked the ambiance... but the security staff is immature and escalated a situation when they should be trained to de-escalate. We spent 140$ in a little over an hour and were treated poorly. Will not be going back EVER! Have a large group of friends going out tomorrow and I was trying out their location ahead of our plans... will go to legacy instead. As a travel agent I will ensure that my experience is reported on all platforms.,
I've been coming here for years. The service is always impeccable, the crowd is always nice, & most importantly the food is always great. Their fried broccoli, and quesadillas are wonderful.
Food was season good but cooked a bit too darker look like fried in old greece
I had a great time here. Great prices for drinks, great atmosphere, and music on point. Definitely revisiting here and would recommend anyone.
