I love coming here and have always had a great experience until this evening. The young lady did not listen to the way I was requesting my order to be prepared and then just walked away as if I wasn’t there. This suprised me as I am a black woman and to have a young black woman and as a member of customer service be so rude to one of their own or to anyone for that matter. The young lady in question was wearing glasses, a turquoise bandana and a flour power shirt she hurt my heart the way she treated me and then treated a Caucasian woman with so much respect and patience, gave her a big smile and conversation. My point is, treat all customers with the same kindness and respect….

Y’all, idk who made my salad today but they need a raise! It was HUGE and FULL of flavor! Everything was perfect! For only $10?!
The pizza was not what I thought it would be. I got a veggie pizza and the vegetables were not cooked all the way. Tasted like they may have been cooked for maybe 5 minutes and then just placed on top of the pizza. More than likely I will not eat here again. Don’t recommend.
Probably one of the nicest group of people I’ve met in Columbia since I moved recently from savannah. I decided to try mod pizza for the first time today and everyone was so helpful and so kind. Everyone deserves a raise here
I've eaten at quite a few Mod pizza's. I've never had one as burnt as this pizza and it was like the dough had been sitting out. It will not stop me from eating Mod. The workers were busy and all of them seemed like they were on a Double shift tried ....
Do y’all close @10 or 9pm? I just left from this location ready for pizza. We open the door all of the workers were cleaning and one stated that they were closed @9:14pm but online it says 10pm. I just would like to know if they closed early, hours changed, or did they just not want to work?
A waste of my money... the salad was wilted, the toppings were scarce, and the pizza was bland. I was completely disappointed.
I'd heard MOD pizza was very good. I finally gave it a try. It's not bad. NY style pizza it is not, hence the 4 stars. Customer service and timeliness was great. It wasn't crowded, it was clean. The Garners Ferry location where Target is allows for plenty of parking. That's all!
Fresh pizza made the way you like it with any and or as many toppings as u like for one price.
