I'm a little perplexed at what I should rate this restaurant. I rated it 3 not because of the food nor the efforts given by the SINGLE EMPLOYEE, but I feel 3 is being generous to the owner for this happening. There was a single employee handing everything up front & a single employee cooking. That was it. She was overly stressed. It took her 15 minutes before she was able to get to me due to the drive-thru. I patiently waited & gave her mad props for her efforts. Giving a four star because as much as I like the staff here and haven’t had a BAD experience, the past few times I’ve ordered curbside have been a bit lackluster. The curbside service is starting to slip a bit. Had my food stolen 4 days ago(not the restaurant’s fault, just adding so you can be aware. ) Get back on top of it please, I like y’all!!’
Does management not train employees on how to speak to customer ??? Rude drive through employees. Plz do not work there if does not want to do your job. Simple.
Lock the dining room doors if you’re going to completely ignore customers coming inside.

McDonald's is always hit or miss. When they get UT right, it can be banging. Ordering from the phone app makes the experience better overall, it increases your chance for success.
Just went to this location today, I would go to this spot from time to time and sometimes they would get something wrong on my order, this time was different…I drive up to the window after ordering to get my food and they ask for my receipt I give them my receipt and they tell me to pull up to the line. After waiting about five minutes I get my order and I look in the bag that has my receipt BUT THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. How the heck do you still get my order wrong when you have the receipt??? Basically I ordered three meals in a large which means large drink and large fry why would I see when I open my bag three small fries instead of large ones? This location just needs to do better in quality and overall customer service.
The food was fresh per order. I was told they had pies, but were out. Ordered a frosty, then was told the machine was on defrost. Ordered tea..no ice, full of ice. Stated that I had ordered with no ice, had no more tea. I know it's hard to find personnel, so my complaints are minor for those reasons. They tried!
Drive thru was extremely fast. Employees were very personable. Food was super fresh. Fries were so hot I actually had to let them cool down before I ate them. Definitely not the norm at any other McDonald's I've been to over the years!
