Didn't get anything but an iced hazelnut coffee and it didn't have a hazelnut taste near it. You can smell it but, you couldn't taste it. The color of the drink was dark also. After we left, we noticed it was a small grain of grass(not lettuce) in the coffee. Went back the next day and they made another but this time, it was a good tasting drink without grass and it was the correct color. So I'll give an extra star for the correction.
Their Lane 1 and Lane 2 situation is atrocious. Sometimes the cones are there to help facilitate the traffic but it hinder the flow of traffic more than it helps. You may even get skipped by 4-5 cars before you get to ordering screen
Yes the food is McDonald's so that is what it is but the service is good restaurant is clean and the employees are mostly courteous as anywhere from time to time you will come across somebody having a bad day but for McDonald's it is a good one

Which was the best because after it was said she knew how ridiculous it sounded.Does the meat go in the sealed vault timelock door?They dont trust us making the more expensive meat?If you use the double quarter pounder after midnight does it try to eat you ?.Just say im tired can you order something easier.
Quoted 30-45 min wait. Waited over 40 minutes to be seated only to find out the hostess didn't write our party down.Maybe next time.
Ordered Two large Sprite, paid and get to window and then they say, oh, we are out of Sprite what other drinks do you want. Would have not ordered if they would just said so in the beginning.
But drive-thru is absolutely slow I have to work day McDonald's before I have never seen a drive-thru as slow as that one on Elmwood the employees appearance is atrocious it's like they will what they want to work it's no customer service at all they hand you the product at the window just as it is no folding of the bag no heavy or nice day nothing my rating would have been a half star for that McDonald's I don't normally patronize that McDonald's if I don't have to it's just ridiculous how make Donald's are done now thank you.
I'm a little angry at this store. It was the only McDonald's open in the area at the time (1/16/2022). I placed an online mobile CURBSIDE order and parked and waited. I waited for over 20 minutes, for a 4 piece happy meal. My husband had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask what was going on with our order, because we'd been waiting so long, and the doors were locked, only to be told, "oh, we're just not bringing the orders outside. " It was a little rainy, and a little cold, but there was NOTHING anywhere stating that they weren't bringing out curbside orders at all. So instead of informing anyone, they let us sit outside, while my child's food was getting cold. I was absolutely livid at the behavior of the employees at this location. If I could leave a 1 star review, I would.
Their ice cream machine never works.Their schedule is not accurate.Two drive through lines but still, a very long wait time,
Came to the drive thru this morning. Was told they’re not taking orders. It was 6:20 am. As I drive around I see the employee who was running the drive thru on her phone talking away. Smh!
