Hours are not consistent the location says that it is 24 hours but and i ordered ahead around 10:30 and waited in line for a while just to be told they shut everything down and i couldn't get any food. I also had to wait in the drive through line longer because they had the doordashers wait at the window instead of having them pull into the spots designated for the drive through so me and others in the same situation had to wait for them to slowly receive their order. The woman who did speak to me at the speaker was kind so that’s why I’m putting 2 instead of one star.
Long line and they dont take orders equally from the two outdoor menu. I watched as they took 2 orders from lane one then 1 from lane 2 and went back to lane one. And right before that didnt take any orders for about 5 minutes and thr line built up nearly out to elmwood, meanwhile no cars were at the windows, we were all waiting to order.
Manager wouldn't give me a refill ony coffee after the cashier already said I could get a refill. I stood waiting for someone to take my order and the manager acted like he didn't see me. He kept taking drive throu orders and ignoring me. He was rude. Not manager material. That McDonald's on highway 378 next to Taco Bell is desperate that's why they're managers who he is because I can't find anybody to work
Hours are inconsistent it says 24hrs but, some days they will be open around 6am and some days they do not, I’m not speaking about holidays neither just regular Monday-Friday. I usually make a stop twice throughout the week for coffee since my job is close by like but i said it’s hit or miss
I went through the window and this lady was very ruin old lady I told her that a customer order a Carmel shake and she slam the food and snap at me she don’t need to work around people very nasty addittude
In my free time I also like to door dash, this individual establishment I've had both bad personal experiences along with bad customer experience for individual I have delivered to. On multiple instances I have wait almost an hour on fast food, for pick up and deliver, multiple time had items missing or not there all together. Had some very rude staff to deal with depending on the time of day. While the facility does look newer and clean. It lacks in all other aspects of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone
The drive thru was very slow. I waited for 15 minutes before I got to place my order. The fries were not hot, just luke warm. The employees are always pleasant.
Due to COVID-19 the doors are locked. Just be careful of the homeless population is high in that area since the mental hospital was destroyed. They just wanted something to eat and gave good direction to I-26 because I almost got lost in that area of Elmwood St. In Columbia,SC.
We ordered a large coke and they gave us a large cup with some ice and a can of Coke. Didn’t tell us ahead of time or anything.
Only one lane, let us sit for 10 min not getting in the speaker. We even kept asking if someone was there. And they weren't busy, there was no one around the corner when they finally did take our order. Then, after taking our card, said they didn't know what we ordered. I mean, we had a receipt with our order on it...
