Absolutely love the girls at drive through.The 1st two at the window such a great positive vibe. The young lady at the next window may be new but already off to a great start. I will add that teamwork lacked there. I bet it's very stressful with all the customers. Just be more prepared. Plates need forks ❤ panic mode came in when she couldn't get 2 for me. That's where the lack of teamwork was. I hope tomorrow and Everyday gets easier for her.
Slow service. 30 minutes in drive thru and still waiting after I paid. Would be more acceptable if the service was friendly. I understand everyone is overworked right now but friendly service goes a long way. Won't be patronizing this place again. After 40 minutes, I went inside to get refund. Wasted a good chunk of my day! Do not waste your time!
Yep, its a McDonald's. Never sure why anyone looks at reviews for these places but you did so I guess I should say something nice....The service here is better than average and they are generous with mustard
Employees were pleasent and food was fine. It was about 830am and the inside was still void of customers, but manager could have cared less when I made her aware that all the customer area floors were super slippery with grease.
We went up to the drive through but no one answered, ordered food from front kiosk and received old burnt food.
What was ordered and available was good to the people with me that ordered but, the whole restaurant didn't have soft drinks AT ALL! Bummer
Asked the young girl who handed me my drink & bag if the straw was in the bag. She looked at me funny and said yeah. Pulled up 3 feet, since I never trust a McDonald's employee. No straw in the bag. Backed up to the window. I asked for a straw and let her know there wasn't one in the bag. Was given that nasty teenage look as she basically shoved a straw through my car window. Thank you. You're amazing. Just wow.
This location serves the worst food.We waited 25 minutes in the drive through only to be served soggy, luke warm french fries, chicken nuggets that were hard as rocks and small clear cups instead of the med drinks that we paid for with our meal.Sadly, this has happened before.I don’t recommend eating at this McDonalds.
It was awful. We waited about 45 minutes to order. We got the order and it was cold. The waiter had a attitude. She didn't but put any ice in the soda. So mean acting. On Clemson rd. I'm thru with them.
Waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes for them to still mess up my order twice and even then, still sent me home with the wrong food. Employees yelling at eachother and catching an attitude with customers. This is the only McDonald’s on the way home for me, and I make the mistake of giving them another chance when it’s constant nonsense. Wont be back.
