They tried to tell us that the mobile app would refund us for our milkshakes they didn't have in stock. But I've been told by another manager they have to refund you at the register. Watch out and be weary of this locations integrity! They also give you 4 large cups of tea instead of a gallon which 5 of their large cups=a gallon. They add ice and try to Gip you as well!
We went there twice today, once for breakfast and once for dinner, the girl who took our order in the morning was rude and was very short to us like she couldn't be bothered, it was NOT at during at a busy hour when we went in the morning, not sure as to why she was so rude. The cashier and the pick up windows were nice and fast, this is why we give 3 stars instead of 1. We went back again for dinner because we wanted the seasonal Shamrock Shake, we ordered through the app this time to avoid having to deal with the rude service, when we went and picked up the order, they told us that they didn't have the Shamrock Shake because they don't have the ice cream to make it. If there is no ice cream in-stock, why made it available on the app? If there is no available inventory, then take it out from the menu!
The gentleman working the register was very helpful. I have a new respect for the workers at McDonald's. I tried ordering via the kiosk and was having trouble. The food we ordered was fast and fresh.
You don't go here for customer service. You go for cheap food. At least that's why I go! When I need a good cheap bite to eat, this is my go to. Double check your food before you drive away!
How do you sell an iced coffee with NO ICE??!! That is something to be upfront about to a customer. If you have no ice at the moment. Just say that! Don't make a choice for me. I asked for an iced coffee. I was expecting ICE in it!
I have just about had enough of this location. Almost ever time i visit this mcdonalds they mess up my order. I mean i truly don't understand how hard it is to look at an order on a screen and make what the customer ordered. Tonight i went though the drive-tru and ordered a few mcdoubles and some fries. Got to the first window, paid for my food, then pulled up to the second window. I was handed the bag with the fries in it and told to have a good night. So i sat there. The person looked at me puzzled and asked if they could help me. I said yeah, i need the rest of the food i ordered and paid for. After i got home i realized that instead of mcdoubles they where all regular cheese burgers. I mean i could maybe understand if like one was missing a burger patty. But when all the burgers were missing a patty. Come on. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that it may have been intentional. So i had to drive back to the restaurant, explain to them what happened, then sit there for 15 minutes for them to bring me the correct food. To the franchises. Y'all gotta do better.
Used the mobile order app for curbside pick up. It's supposed to be 5 minute wait time. I park in the mobile order parking spot at 6:06am.I watch several vehicles go through the drive-through. Finally, at 6:22 am, I go through the drive through to find out what is going on with my order. 2 sausage burritos and I hashbrown. I'm told pull to the second window. I pull to the window, and an employee rudely shoves a bag to me and then immediately closes the window. It's a good thing I didn't need to ask or say anything.. My food was barely warm. I will not go back to this location.

Ordered curbside they never came out…went though drive thru they told me to pull up to the rail…never came out…went through line again…food cold. Been here since 7:40 it’s now 8:25 smh this is terrible
