First I placed my order at 5:36 and was suppose to ready for pickup at 6:01. I arrived to the store at approximately 6:20 and my food was not ready. So they walk around d for maybe 5 minutes trying to figure out where it was. I work nights and have to be to work on Garners Ferry by 7:00. Said that’s it will take 10 minutes to make. I don’t have the time so I just said just refund me for the order. Then the manager or whoever she was takes more than 10 minutes to refund the order. If that was the case I would have just waited on my food. I feel like that was done intentionally. So not only did I not get my food, I was late for work. Worst customer service ever. If they would have apologized it probably would have made the situation better but they acted as if they didn’t care. Sorry service.
Horrible, offensive food. Good customer service. I believe the intent at "good business" is sincere, but the quality of the product was absolutely less than lacking. This is important because at the time (1:15 p.m. on the receipt) that we placed our order (for The Rueben and The King's Club sandwiches) there was no bus load of athletes/guests, lunchtime crowd, nor any other suggestion of a stressful environment - to rush - or pressure on the firm to perform. Disgusting, both sandwiches flavorless, unbalanced, and clearly rushed, in addition to a sloppy/messy presentation.Again, the Team at the Counter was pleasant (interpersonally). But a Reuben and a King's Club? (There should be NO star, based on the food). NEVER coming back or ordering from this establishment!
The worst! Ordered a veggie potato, the Rotel sauce tasted watered down. The whole thing had no flavor. It was awful couldn't eat it.
Sopping wet disgusting sandwiches made by folks who could care less for the low low price of 15bucks each and if u order Togo you will NOT get everything you pay for.
The food was good I got a Italian sandwich and potato salad. That was very good. My wife likes the grill chicken Chipotle potato which I can only assume that she likes it also since she gets it every time we go.
The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars this is my all time favorite restaurant. But one of the cooks was extremely rude to me like I felt dis respected so i was seeing how long it was gonna be for my friends meal and she was looking like she didn’t want to be there it was a girl with blonde I was so disappointed she told me uh it’s coming up right now with a attitude and I work in a restaurant myself and i understand it has been a long day but show some respect it has definitely changed since Jill left she was my all time favorite manager she would make sure everything was move sailing but the cook threw my friends plate up in the window to the server I was so disappointed on that and how long they were taking because it should’ve been prepped and the guy was gentle bringing it her but he never apologized of how long it was taking I loved how me and my moms food came out quick but I was so disappointed my friend had to wait on hers my friend just informed me the cook who was extremely rude was named meme
I love the Sweet Chipotle chicken sandwich. I haven’t tried anything there yet, that I haven’t liked. They have a variety of soups, and a friendly staff and management team.
This by far was the worst I've had from Mcalister Deli. The ceasar wrap dry with a few pieces of chicken and the salad (which supposed to been grilled chicken salad) was filled with spinach, 3 cucumbers, a few pieces of chicken and croutons with no tomatoes. I think I'm more upset at myself, not for wasting $34 but for coming to this location rather than going to Forest Acres.
The potato was hot and fresh & very delicious. The customer service was Excellent
One of my fav dinners. Tortilla soup is the best!!!!
