I ordered through Google Maps with Chow something and man, was it the easiest thing in the world. I walked right in and to the right was a shelf with all takeout orders. I found mine and picked it up, still hot and fresh. The staff were on top of their game. They were quick and efficient and I didn't have to wait. The restaurant was very clean which I'm always very appreciative of. McAlister's is one of my favorite spots and their club cannot be beat!
The food is good, but this location is so slow! I placed my order prior to arriving to the restaurant, and when I arrived they were behind. This is not the first occasion they were moving slow during lunch. Although, I do recommend this location, it's beneficial to order in advance.
Food was good. Have always loved this restaurant.But gave 4 stars because staff was too distracted with chatting to get my friend's order correct. Her order was repeated back to her and everything that she asked for was incorrect.
Its been over a year since I have been there. McAlisters used to be a great place, however my order was horrible and my fruit cup looked as if it came from the bottom of the bowl with the slimy residue. I feel sick thinking about it. So disappointed. Wish I had taken pictures. Waisted $

Ladies at the desk was not interested in service, laughed at customers probably me too. Sandwich was thrown together just a waste of time. Get new staff is a start. I went around lunch time. It's sad too because it's was only two people there when I walked In. Why let them take money out of your pocket. Do some training.
The sandwich I got had old dry bacon and the bread was toasted to be dam. I gave it one star because the pickle and the chips was good.
Beautiful sandwiches! I loved the French dip w/ the delicious dipping sauce.
This location is my favorite. Fast friendly service, clean location, and delicious food. I will definitely be returning.
My wife and I, our daughter, granddaughter, and 2 great grandchildren had a late supper here last week And the food was fresh, cooked well, but the service was a little slow. It took 30 minutes to get our food.
