Ordered and had food delivered, delivery was great, pizza was delicious. I also ordered two Philly steak subs. They were the worst I have ever tried to eat. Steak was minimal, more mushrooms than steak, too much cheese. Don't think I will order from Marco's again, and this was my first time.
Alexis (soon to be former manager) and Chris (soon to be former employee) were HORRIBLE today. Their app and even online browser ordering had gone crazy, locked up screaming for coupons I didn't have and refusing the valid one (per them) that I did have. I spent an hour and a half on this, trying to order via phone, browser on desktop, browser on tablet, nada, you could not complete order. Chris's response, "Hey, let me ask the manager if she'll just give you 20 percent off after all your hassle." Well, that didn't happen. Why would someone offer you a discount and then yank it away and ask you to try again tomorrow (!!!)? And why would a manager not realize that having "control" was more important than keeping a customer who'd been pretty regular for some months??????
A friend recommended this place. The pizza did not disappoint. Better than most. They offer to add seasoning to the crust, so it was even good cold the next two days with no reheating required. I normally don't like cold pizza, so this was cool. Not expensive. Friendly staff.
Love Marcos pizza and have never used the one on forest Dr and will never use it again. They gave me a used pizza, (meaning a pizza that was made and had been sitting). When I ordered they added my sausage heated it up a little and gave it to me. It was the worst pizza ever. This kinda thing should be illegal. Never again
I love me some Marcos but Marco's got it too better I ordered cheese pizza and it was burnt but I didn't also ordered a pepperoni sausage and mushroom pizza and that was great but I don't know what they doing what about the cheese pizza and I love cheese pizza come on Marco if you got to do better you know one of my favorites now
For a chain pizza shop it is always good hot service is always great the store is clean
Picked up two large pizzas for take out . Served 6 people easily. Delicious!

I called to order a pizza. I live approximately 2.5 miles. Every time I call, they say they cannot Deliver. Yet, after I tell them where I live, They are more than willing to deliver. Tonight!! 2 YOUNG LADIES ANSWERED THE PHONE, AND SAID WE CAN'T DELIVER THERE, WE CAN'T DELIVER. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER, THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES ASKING FOR A MANAGER. THEY EITHER HUNG UP ON ME, OR PLACED ME ON HOLD, THEN HUNG UP ON ME 6 TIMES.. THEY WERE RUDE, VERY INCONDSIDERATE. THIS WAS BETWEEN 6:00 - 6:30PM ON 12/17/2021. 4601 Forest Dr Ste C, Columbia, SC 29206 I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN. THANK GOODNESS FOR PAPA JOHNS!
