My first time at a Marble Slab. It is better than Baskin Robin's in my opinion. The atmosphere was friendly and I got to try a couple samples. Everyone made me feel nice. Will return. My son and I enjoyed the ice cream and toppings very much. Thank you.
The kids working were friendly and the ice cream wasn't bad. The reason for the 2 star review is because they charged almost $2 more than what the menu advertised. They said that the prices changed almost a month ago but there was no indication of the price increase on the menu. The menu needs to be changed to reflect the correct prices.
I thought the cotton candy ice cream had a stronger/better flavor than cold stone’s!! Also great service, very friendly towards customers. I would definitely stop by again for some ice cream
My husband works in the area, so we frequent here alot. We are never disappointed! The service is wonderful, considering the fact that they are always busy and short staffed. They make do and serve with a smile. I often notice that people tend to come in right at closing, and they still serve with a great attitude, despite probably being exhausted from a long day. Not sure why the reviews are complaining of wait times. Just like any place else, theres going to be a line. If you don't have time to wait, you have the option of going somewhere else. Keep up the good work, guys!
Now I’m all for trying to get off work on time but it’s no reason why they should be locking doors 10+ minutes before closing and watch me pull on the door. It nothing for the employee to come to the door and say they were close.
I do not recommend this placeWe got some ice cream and a banana split . The banana ice cream tasted freezer burnt and the banana splits pineapples were sour and spoiled . OK , so I go back into the establishment.Notify staff , it’s thrown away and then I’m assuming I’d get a refund . Nope ! They said the manager don’t do refunds . So I said ok let’s make a incident report ( incase any food poisoning occurred from the spoiled food ) She said they don’t do incident reports . Well I then demanded to speak with the owner or manager. She was called only to say that she’d call me back bc she was currently in a doctors visit ( it was 7:30 at night ) ? hmmmm ....There is a reason NO REFUNDS bc it must happen often ! I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS LOCATION . Btw my sons stomach has been hurting ! Still no phone call ! Still no refund ! Not even a apology fir the bad service ....

There were fruit flies throughout the restaurant and one was plastic wrapped inside of a tray of cookies.
arrived around three in afternoon. eight people in front of me. no one was wearing masks. customers nor staff. only one person working behind counter. after 15 min and three people served i left. wont be back soon.
I will absolutely disregard from coming here. Poor customer service! Employees talk extremely low. As one of the employees was giving me my ice cream cone she almost touched my ice cream with the nasty cardboard sign that’s above the other ice creams. My ice cream cone was fixed very sloppy. Then to top that she didn’t even ask me if I wanted any toppings! It was a treat from my sister and I’m very upset and will not have her spend her coins here again! Neither mines!
