Very very very bad service. My family and I was out one night after being in for awhile. This is normally our fave place to get great ice cream and the service was usually great.But this particular night when we drove up the line was at the door. Mostly of the time even with the line being line the wait time isn’t.Not this time, we waited over 30 min just to get up to where you place your order. They were two young ladies behind the counter servicing as fast and efficient as they could. There were also two guys in the back. WHY weren’t they helping to serve the customers and get the line down??

Ice cream and cookies, cant go wrong. This place is always running over. It's kind if stressful. The staff is good though.
Cones are pretty bland but the ice-cream is always great.
I visited this location Saturday and was disappointed with the service. I ordered two scoops of the blue cotton candy on a regular waffle cone with unicorn sprinkles mixed in. I noticed the females wearing mask and gloves however the males did not. The gentleman who serviced me handed my ice cream cone to me without any gloves or with a napkins and the teenager working the register was rude and unhelpful. It will be a long time before if I ever return here again. I understand our kids need jobs but please train them properly on dealing with the public.

Great product....long wait after movie theater, let's out...but ice cream was good, and portion size was adequate.
What happened to this place ? Like really ?? It’s filthy ! From the moment I walked in, trash every where! The employees has a mask on their chins not even fully on their face. No gloves ! Seems like they were a little understaffed due to the constant arguments they were having and the bad service. The lady who took our order was so kind, unlike the cashier. Seems like they need to hire a new cleaning crew. The bathroom was so so so nasty !!!
My experience today was like no other. As much of could going around and a new strand at that, who would think you have to ask the associate to put on GLOVES while they scoop your ice cream. One girl moved like she was a sloth with a line full of people. You could tell she either didn't want to be there or was ready to go. The other young lady was scooping ice cream with gloves and making pick up orders basically trying to do it all. You could tell something may have happened with the staff as a group because only one of the young lady was trying to get work done. I hate to say it but having to ask for the gloves to be put on is a negative for me. There too much if the unknown out here to take home to my family.
I love this place! The ice cream does so well with me, especially since I’m lactose intolerance. I am able to comfortably eat and relax right after. I order from here specifically on DoorDash, at least twice every week. However, for the past few weeks I have been unable to order. It says its closed until 7pm on Wednesday. When that time comes it still doesn’t let me order. I really hope they will be able to see what could be causing this issue.
