My complaint is focused on customer service, not quality of product because we walked out. It was our first time there, and there were two people in line. When they left with their stuff, they didn’t tell us we weren’t in the order queue (we figured that out when they greeted a regular ordering). We shifted over to the order line, stood there, and still not one word from the THREE staff, one of whom stood directly in front of us without a word to us. They were chatting away with each other about the music that was on, how the album was great and it was only 34 minutes. I get that this place has an aesthetic, but that doesn’t negate a friendly face or a respectful response to customers.
Has the same great coffee as the big location, but with the added bonus of drive-thru service.
