If you have been to a Longhorns Steakhouse before, you know you can expect a delicious meal and good service. This store was no exception. The steaks were cooked as ordered and everything was tasty. The loaded baked potato was very good. Flo’s filet was not quite as large as I remembered from my last visit, but it was tender and juicy. The service was friendly and efficient. I’ll be back, and you should try it yourself!
last night was the first time I have ever been to Longhorn and I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. First of all, I ordered curbside pickup and waited 25 minutes past the given pick up time. There were other people waiting before I parked and they were still waiting when I left. While the food was warm, both steaks were cooked incorrectly, and while they had good flavor, when paying $25/steak, one should expect that they be cooked the way they were ordered. The side salads are laughable. I could see the bottom of the container through the 14 pieces of lettuce. Both salads were missing croutons and cheese. My “loaded” baked potatoes came unloaded. Every single thing that was suppose to come on the potato was missing. Again, when paying $70 for 2 people to eat, I expect that everything come the way it is ordered. While the one employee I encountered was super nice, I was very disappointed in the food.
The customer service was the best. I've been visiting this location for years and always order the same thing. However I decided to try something new and it didnt meet up to my expectations so I asked If I could swap it out for the usual. With no hesitation the manager made sure I was satisfied and gladly granted me my request. The food is always amazing as is the customer service. When the customer is happy that's what is most important. Keep up the good work.
Had a great birthday meal with the wife! Service was very nice. The food was fantastic! You just can't beat Longhorn for a great steak. We had the Firecracker Shrimp YUM! Crispy and hot. I had Flo's 9-ounce filet with two Lobster Tails, wonderful! Another great meal at Longhorn. You can pay more elsewhere, but you won't get better anywhere.
Food is always good. Our waitresses are always great but downfall is they are never right on their wait time, it's always longer. We have waited 2 hours before when told 1 hour. Restroom were so disgusting I couldn't use it. (Not always like that) Told 3 staff members since they weren't doing anything. None offered to get it taken care of so I could use it.
My husband and I dined in on March 30, 2022. We sat at table/booth 96. I was less than impressed with our server. He spilled my husband's drink all over the table into my glass which was my first inclination to get up and walk out, but I didn't. We were celebrating my husband's possible new promotion at his job where he's been for eight years. I opened my silverware and they were dirty. So I asked for new silverware. I had to ask again for new silverware and he brought them finally. I opened the new set and yep I had a dirty fork. Our bill was over $100 and I tipped him, which now I'm wishing I hadn't. I'm not asking for a discount, but he didn't even offer us a discount!!! Will NOT be back as I would rather go somewhere else and pay more for better service!!! If I could give 0 stars, by golly geeze I would. That's how upset I am and still am. Food was excellent, though, but service sucked.
Even though we had to wait for an hour to be seated, it was well worth the wait! Our waiter was top notch, taking our orders and bringing everything out very quickly for a place so busy! The food was simply delicious and our waiter made sure we wanted for nothing! Sure wish I had gotten his name, I'd give him a proper shout out here!!!
LONGHORNS GIVES EXPIRED FOOD TO CUSTOMERSTerrible service, bad food, poorly cooked steak. My salad had plastic in it; see the attached photos. This completely took away my appetite. The waiter Justin P took over 15 minutes to just give me water after I asked for it. It took 10 minutes for him to just check on us, so I had to wait 25 MINUTES to eat until I got a drink... Then, the buffalo wings were cold. Which you don't want to eat unless you have water. The plates came out with actual dirt and dust on them. Enough you can actually see from across the table... disgusting. There is dust hanging from the ceiling and it seems that even when you tell them there is plastic in your food, no one cares. Especially not the manager. The sticker in the food said it was expired. LONGHORNS GIVES EXPIRED FOOD TO CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE PROOF. Do not recommend. They still charged me 33 dollars for this meal.Update this is how much they care; see the photo of the email. They sent an apology email and then sent me to a different corporate branch who didn't help at all. Don't waste your time as even though they replied. We, as customers, don't matter to them. They just want your money for expired food and plastic in the salad.
Had an amazing experience. Steak was cooked perfectly. The grill cook needs a raise. I never had to ask for a refill. Servers all worked together to make it an enjoyable experience. I have a background in working in food and beverage, and can sometimes see things that a normal customer would not. In a time where it is hard to find people to work in restaurants, longhorn delivered. The KM, GM, and server manager deserve a raise. They are running a well oiled machine.
The food wasn't as good as I remember it to be previously. The bread was dry, almost like it came out of a dehydrator. They gave us plastic utensils which were eventually replaced with normal ones. The steak was good but wasn't cooked properly. I asked for medium and got medium well.Drinks weren't refilled until we were nearly done with our meal. I suspect the server was new.Not worth the 80 dollars spent.
