Yet another honest review. Came here to eat supper for a going away party. We ended up having two servers, one for each table. One wasn’t very attentive the other one was a little better. Neither could keep our drinks full. We had some issues with our orders with both, but they resolved those issues and the food was good.The manager was pretty awesome. Location is fairly tough for parking, but the whole area is like that.I was surprised to see that it was easy for us to get a table for eight so quickly.Bathrooms was okishly clean.If you like honest reviews hit that like and or follow button.Have a great day!!!
We stopped in for an early lunch. The server was friendly and the service was good. We haven't been to a Longhorn in a while but the food was delicious. I had the chicken tenders with the Mac n cheese and a sweet potato. My wife had the parmesan encrusted chicken. Sweet potato and a salad. She loved hers as well. May have to start visiting Longhorn more often.
We sat at the bar until our table was ready. Asia the bartender was absolutely awesome. When we got to our table, we put in our order. I ordered the ribeye steak and they never brought my salad and my husband ordered a steak sandwich and they never gave him the french fries. He also ordered french onion soup and they forgot about the soup and when they did bring it out it was warm. Very disappointing.
Better Than Expected Daughters 18th birthday dinner 2/22/2022. Complimentary bread was very tasty with real cream butter. My daughter ordered Flo's 6oz fillet cooked medium. She said it was hot and perfectly pink inside. It tasted very good. The mashed potatoes were good too . My husband and I both ordered the 7 Pepper Steak salad with blue cheese . WOW was that good! We shared the Molten Lava cake topped with ice cream for dessert. Again, WOW that was good!. Kam was a terrific server. He was able to keep up with my husbands high coffee demand. It was quiet and enjoyable . Service and food were way better than we expected. We will be back.
I went for a holiday dinner with a friend. It was ruined. Although the waiter was friendly, his constant apologies didn't make up for very bad service. We had to ask for bread and drinks 3 times. I had him describe the the cooking levels to me, and ordered a med steak. When the food came, it was wrong. We both ordered strip, we received rib eye, it took over an hour to get the steaks so we just took them. My friends steak was too rare, he just wanted to eat. When I cut into mine it was so bloody I couldn't eat it. I didn't want to prolong this dinner, but I just couldn't eat that mess. I had to get up and locate someone to come to the table. The steak was sent back, the waiter apologized, but I had no food. He kept coming back to apologize because it took over an hour for me to get my replacement. I asked him to put it into a to go box. The Mgr came over once to tell me my steak would be right out, it was still another half an hour. This was not because of Covid! The restaurant was not busy, we had zero wait time to get in and it didn't get busy while we were there. This was just bad service the apathy from the manager was palpable. He came over and apologized because he had to, there was no concern for his customers. Going to this restaurant would be a mistake!
My husband, mother, daughter, and grandson ate here for my mother's birthday today and we're very dissatisfied with the quality of the food☹️. My mother, daughter and I got Sirloin steaks that we ordered medium well and all three were medium. My husband ordered Parmesan chicken, it was still raw in places. He asked for a new piece of chicken and they just recooked the same piece, and my mother and I asked for our steaks to be cooked a little longer and they were dripping in oil when they came back, very yucky! The manager came to the table and didn't seem very happy with us and shortly after we were given the bill without the server even asking if we wanted dessert. We won't be going back for a while ?
The food here was fabulous the service was fabulous the people are nice everything was great great place to come for lunch break place to come for dinner I'm really impressed with the staff here how even with confusion on the order they brought us our food quickly and were able to get everything taken care of very nice our server was great we appreciate the great service
I had the sirloin with a lobster tail. The steak was cooked perfectly but the lobster tail was like the smallest one they had. Great service, my SO's salmon was unseasoned & needed some love. The triple chocolate Cheesecake was pretty good & not enough preach in the tea. Sent it back they brought another.
Truly impressed! Nice atmosphere and great place for date night or family dinner. The service was also great. We were taken care of yet not constantly interrupted. Food was truly delicious! We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to going back.
