Love, love, love, this place the donuts are always fresh . The staff is always friendly and give great customer service. The only problem I have here is I could eat a whole box to myself . Warm glaze is my favorite, they melt in your mouth with every bite. Keep a look out they always put out coupons for a dozen donuts . I highly recommend this place if you need to feed your donut craving.
Not very impressed with this location. Came here to get my friend a free dozen for her birthday. We went inside since we weren’t sure how the free dozen worked. We stood at the counter and watched 5-6 employees all stare at us for 5 minutes before asking if we needed anything. Then I inquired about the free dozen for my friend and she said we would have to have the app to redeem. My friend said “no problem, I can download it in a few minutes and come back up”. The lady said that wouldn’t work since it’s not an immediate thing. Since I wasn’t sure how any of this would play out, I asked if my friend could show proof of her birthday, but the lady said no it’s app only. Thankfully another customer came in and heard our situation and bought my friend a dozen. So thank you to that very sweet lady for doing that! We also made a pit stop to the restrooms and no toilet paper.. yikes. Anyway, the drive thru would’ve been the better option but it is what it is.
Watch your receipts. Some of the staff at this location are very shady. More money comes out of your account than shown on the receipt. I will be calling tomorrow morning. This has happened to me twice. The staff are not very professional either.
Donuts were good, but stingy as heck on the creme and custard filling!! One dot the size of a penny!! Disappointed.
This is the 3rd time I got cream filled donuts with one little spot of cream. Really? Dunkin donuts munchkin filled had more. Very sad. Coffee was so strong that you couldn't drink it. I will not go back.
Not a good location, very disappointed. Very limited donut selection. They didn't even have originals. They messed the order up and did not box what I asked for. The donuts were stale, not fresh at all.

I ordered online donuts for my class before Christmas break on Tuesday. I set the order for 7:15 Friday giving myself plenty of time to get to school. I figured with an online order and ordering well in advance would guarantee it wouldn't take long. I arrived just before 7:15. When I walked up and pulled on the door it moved, but the doors were stuck together. I figured someone must've not opened it yet and checked to look for an hours sign. It said they were supposed to open in store at 6. The guy who walked up behind me suggested I knock. The employee just gave me an arm twirl to join the drive thru which had a line around the building. I pointed to the online order sign and said I had an online order. She simply just repeated the signal to join the drive thru. Around 7:40 I finally made it to my donuts that were ready quickly once I got to the window. I understand there's a worker shortage, but I think it's a little ridiculous that there was no clue on the website or even a sign on the door that the in store pickup was not an option. I ended up being late to work and if this would've been stated I could've left earlier.
Why stay open until 11:00 PM if you run out of doughnuts before 9:00 PM? I went in to order a dozen classic doughnuts, and the worker said they were out. I said fine, then an assorted dozen, and he said they are out of them too. All that was left were Cinnabons, no thanks, that is not what I came for.
