The place was very clean I was amazed my waitress was super nice the food was so good very well put together over all a deff 10 it’s giving will deff go back again me and my husband visited from Florida will return again soon
My experience was amazing! This was my first time dining at Kiki's and i was pleased. The food was so good and everything was really fresh. My friend and I walked in and were seated immediately. We had a great waitress that provided great insight regarding the menu. We didn't have to wait long for our appetizers or entrees. I will definitely patronize again!
Kiki's Chicken & Waffles, Bower Parkway, Columbia- We went in for lunch today at 12:40 and it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes for a table, not bad. The restaurant was completely packed so less than a 30 minute wait is great. We were seated at 1:05, received food by 1:15 and out the door by 1:40. Excellent service, great tasting food and money well spent. The pork chops were perfect!!! The cabbage was just like daddy's, DELICIOUS! I had no complaints about food, service, or wait time. I hate I forgot the name of our server because she was AWESOME!! We didn't have to ask for 1 thing because she kept checking on the table. I am so glad they are close by because we will be back!!

First off, let me say we don't have photos because everyone dived right in as soon as the food hit the table!!! We just visited today for Mother's Day and I will say even though they were busy we were seated within 20 minutes. We had a variety of orders (Mama B's chicken and waffle, French toast and chicken, pancakes and chicken, and the pork chops meal) and everyone finished their plates without any complaints. We even ordered to go meals for dinner tonight. Our waitress was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, plus kept our drinks refilled as needed. I can say it's definitely worth a visit and we will visit again when back in the Columbia area.
Food was really good. The wait was horrible. Service was great. They ran out of cornbread but compensated us a extra bowl of greens. I had chicken and fries. Chicken was seasoned to perfection! My fries were good and hot! Pink lemonade was not sweet enough, but ok. This was my first time eating at Kiki's Chicken and Waffles. When I visit South Carolina again, definitely making another trip to Columbia to eat at Kiki's!!!! (4 stars because the wait to be seated was ridiculous, at least an hour!)
This place is one of my favorite. My husband and I drive 2 hours to eat here! It's that good!
I’m moving to Columbia so I went there looking for houses. My girlfriend told me about Kiki’s so we went. It’s a nice place and I was excited once I saw the menu. I ordered the smothered pork chops. It looked great but when I tasted it something tasted “off”. I told my friend that it tasted funny but I figured it was southern flavor. I told her again that I had cooked smothered pork chops last week and they tasted nothing like this. I kept eating but I could not get past the “off’ taste. Finally I gave up and stopped eating it. I focused on the Mac cheese. It was dry and tasteless. I was so disappointed in this ‘southern flavor” restaurant. We paid for our food and left. On the way home I started to feel nauseous. I told my friend that I had an awful taste in my mouth and my stomach was getting upset. She hurriedly got me to the hotel. Before she could stop the car I was out and running into the hotel. I ran to my room to the bathroom and threw up. I threw up and heaved so hard! When I was through I came out of the room to lie down. I barely made it before I ran back to the bathroom and threw up again! I finished, brushed my teeth and left the bathroom. Once again I sat on the bed and took off for the bathroom for a third time. I heaved and threw up everything! I finally settled down, brushed my teeth again and laid down. I usually give restaurants a second chance because nobody likes everything on the menu. But, I don’t think I will give Kiki’s a second chance. Too bad. The tea was great.
Food was very good. Service was acceptable. Need to clean the feathers off of the chicken better is my only thing.
The service was good, food was delicious. Seated us quickly and were attentive throughout our visit. We will revisit again.
