Have us two forks for a huge two family meal order. But food was p pretty good, service was also pretty decent.
Just rolled home with the 8pc tender meal, it came in a box, not a bucket. $27.00 for sides and some tenders that would of been better and cheaper at Zaxbys
This location was very slow. As I stood in the drive thru lane I must have waited like 45 minutes before I placed my order. All I wanted was a mash potato bowl which I was charged almost $10 for. The staff claimed that they were short handed but all i saw was people just standing around doing nothing but holding conversations amongst themselves while people were outside in the drive thru waiting to place their orders. They need to do better, seriously.
Service was quick going thru the drive-thru. I didn't like the fact that they stop selling jalapeno peppers for my chicken. The chicken was good.
They gave me extra fries I think they like me.
No Stars!!! ? HORRIBLE! EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I got AWFULLY SICK ... The fries tasted like from the day b4 plus they were cold ... they did me a favor by not filling the pouch up to the top with those GOD AWFUL Fries. I guess I got the 10 lil fries that were left & the chicken was dry & tasted like it was sitting in the heating tray from yesterday's batch ... I couldn't even eat anymore after the 1st 2 bites! Very disappointing! The New Mountain Dew soda tasted like seltzer water with orange dye! Tore my stomach up! NEVER AGAIN!
Long line only to find out I would have to wait even longer to get a chicken pot pie. The food is good, but not worth waiting that long for it.
I docked 2 stars for the mere fact that after I ordered via the app, they got petty with me at the drive thru and said “all online orders are pickup inside”. Excuse me, not everyone wants to park their car and go inside. That’s why a lot of people do online ordering.If they can’t allow pickups via drive thru, then I cannot order from this place again.It isn’t my loss either. Plenty of other options in the area.*UPDATE*I walked in and my order is sitting on a pickup shelf on the checkout counter, SEVERAL FEET AWAY from the drive thru employee whom by the way was texting on her cellphone and not doing anything. Nobody was in the drive thru line, it was dead quiet in there.So there’s literally zero excuses as to why she couldn’t walk like 3-5 feet away from a window and grab my food to hand it to me via drive thru window. Petty at its finest I tell you.No thank you.
Great drive thru person(I forgot her name). Food was fresh, tea was good(thinking about going back in a minute for a refill?). Order was 4/5 mins from speaker to getting my items.
