Ordered UberEats the 12 pcs family meal from this KFC location. Ordered extra crispy and got soggy original chicken. To make it worse, the corn was old and tasted spoiled. Waste of money and learned our lesson! Reported it to UberEats but didn’t get a refund and it’s fine. I just want people to be aware of the quality of food here so they don’t waste their money!
Waited for chicken in line 30 mins to go in and find out they had not even started the chicken and it was a 12 pc extra crispy didn't offer any extra sides or tea and no apology either worst experience at a KFC so far
Kudos to these folks for working hard. They are courteous. The manager is on point and they all speak clearly and kindly to each other when working the kitchen. Don't think people don't notice your great hard work! Keep it up!
The last two times I've ordered food successfully from this location, the orders were incorrect then the employees act like you are bothering them by trying to get the correct order. The last four times we attempted to get crispy chicken we were told it would be 18 minutes. I know we have been going through a pandemic and I try to understand but truthfully just save your time, money and patience and don't even bother at this location. Truly worst customer service I've ever experienced.
The chicken in the famous bowl was uneatable. They didn't give me a chicken pot pie I paid for. Worst KFC ever.
Um i thought I ordered chicken strips not one with 4 nuggets. Embarrassment for KFC.
Terrible experience, refused entry to establishment because I was pregnant and needed to use the bathroom before I ordered. Man stood in the doorway and blocked me. Shut this place down.
Order Christmas Eve dinner on 12/23 for 12/24 through the KFC App. Received an email confirmation that on 12/24 at 10:31am that our order would be ready for pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 5::58 to pick up the food and was told the restaurant was closed at 6pm and we could not get our order. No one seemed to care or offered to help us.
Been here 3 separate times for the exact same order and they never get it right..it's a concise order on top of that..also the grease is never changed..
Customer service was horrible and manager was rude when I asked for utensils and napkins. He said they didn't have any and don't give out those things I said what kind of KFC don't have napkins or utensils. He replied again we don't have any and shut the window In my face.
