The absolute WORST bojangles in America. The staff has no idea what they are doing and when they got MY order wrong, they tell me “You can’t change your order at the window…” they need to watch the video of a deli owner called “ give them the pickle “! That is what is missing here, any resemblance of customer service of value of the customer! Someone should tell them without us bothersome customers, there is no job!
I waited in line for 15 minutes, then when I get to make my order, I waited over 20minutes and they still never came to get my order. The line was around the store with cars waiting in traffic. When I drove off because I was frustrated waiting, I see all the employees chilling and laughing, not working just having fun. No dignity or cunth about the business or themselves. I Will Never go back again. Unprofessional and ghetto???
Worst customer service ? at the moment to take the order on the drive-through!!!!!too rushed to take the order and with attitudedifferent at the time of paying (because it was a different employee)when I explain to the employee at the window that English is my second language and over the speakers is harder to understand, I tried to go over the order ( to ensure was what I ordered and wanted) the employee who take the order started to talk very loud with attitude, over and over "everything is on the bag"???
It's nice, service attendants are superSometimes in the rush they could use a little more cleanliness while preparing food.
