We ordered our food and were pulled to wait on the popcorn chicken which was fine. But when we received our food the French fries were cold. I don't understand why if I'm already waiting for one item why give me cold fries.The guy at the window was friendly and pleasant but I would prefer a completely fresh meal next time.

I did drive through and because I was checking my order before I moved from the pickup window because of experience in previous orders I was told to drive up because someone was behind me, (just one vehicle) when I went home the extra fries was not in the bag. I ordered spicy chicken and got some sauce running out all over the sandwich the mash potatoes my kids did enjoy the wings tasted stale. I told them am not going back there.

I usually have no issues coming here. Food can sometimes take a little long but it's always Hot!!

Customer service was good and helpful when it came to completing my order.

Waited for them to cook xtra crispy chicken (3:00 pm and they're out of chicken???) I was OK with the wait even though it was 40 min but get home and it was regular. Tried to call and let them know and golly they don't answer the phone. 12 pc bucket that no one here will eat. 20 minute drive one way, beyond angry.

I am thinking that they are understaffed but they were extremely slow and the girl taking the orders seemed preoccupied. I had to tell her 3 times what my order was and when I got to the window she forgot to ring up something. Lastly 12 chicken tenders cost me $25. That seems a little extreme to me.

We both had ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo and an order of popcorn chicken at the drive thru during the lunch time work week. It had been at least 2 years since I'd eaten at any KFC, mainly due to the convenience, or lack of it, of getting in and out of the location's parking lot I normally drive pass during high traffic hours.The employee working the drive thru presented herself as knowledgeable about the products, she was productive in speeding up the process by speaking VERY clearly into her mike and she was polite. I like "a little" more southern friendliness, but they were busy, it was the tail end of lunch time rush hour, and she did not sound rude or pushy at all. That's a blessing since COVID started. My only complaint was, she and we, had not mentioned the dipping sauces. She did put honey mustard in the bag, but that would not had been our choice. Still it was an honest over look on all of us, unfortunately it's become required for the customers to request any and all condiments any where you go now and I find that to be ridiculous. Every fast food place should give you napkins, salt, pepper, eating utensils that are required for your food order, and ketchup. But they don't anymore. Guess we, as patrons, have been putting company's in the poor house by their employees being trained to automatically put common sense items in our orders. But that's an entirely different rant for every to go food order restaurant. Lol.The food was excellent, better than I remember theirs being. But here's why I took the time to detail this the most. Their new fries are the best I've had in years. I'm talking size and taste. They seem to have a coating on them, but it's not over powering. In fact, that coating seems to be the reason they were not over cooked, or under seasoned. I'm a believer in salting fries immediately after taking them out of the grease, but I also realize that you can't do that anymore due to the amount of people salt is a no-no for. KFC has found the solution for the perfect tasting and textured french fry for me. I'll be back soon for more of those.

Drive thru is always on point, the food is good...if there is a wait or if something isn't available then they make sure to tell me when I am ordering so that I can choose something else or anticipate a wait.

Barbara did not get our order correct. A $39 order and we didn’t even get any biscuits. Horrible customer service. Also tried calling and never got an answer or call back or anything. Other customers said they were missing food so we asked Barbara if our order had everything and it was not. Once we got home, we saw how much we were missing.

They messed up my order and never answered my call when I tried to contact them to complain. We will not be returning!!
