Awful experience at the Harbison Blvd location. Literally waited 15 minutes for a “freaky fast” BLT sub. They came and said they were now out of turkey and had to slice some for the turkey sub. Asked if we wanted to wait on turkey or get something different. We waited. It comes out wrong twice. Sub finally comes out looking like this. Literally two shredded pieces of turkey. This place needs some help. The Greenville location has my subs done before I’m even done filling my drink.
Today is February 1, 2022. I went into Jimmy John’s on Harbison Boulevard in Columbia SC. And I realize that two employees were wearing a safety mask however the manager on duty around 11:30 AM was not wearing her safety mask. She was a white female. When I try to call the store and get her name she would not give it to me. Please be careful eating here as they are not following the safety guidelines during a deadly pandemic. DHEC has been called
This place has gone to sh?t! HELP! PLEASE HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Megan could care less and does not like her job at Jimmy John’s on Harbison Boulevard.Don’t waist your time complaining as the employees including the managers could give a shi?t! I will never order from this location again!!! They can keep my $25 credit from there last attempt at my order.
This is the best Jimmy John's in the area...they are very professional and polite. Also, the sandwiches taste better at this one.
The service was awful. They showed no customer service skills at all. I thanked them for their service and didn't even get a you're welcome or have a nice night or anything. It's like I was bothering them by spending my money there. If I would have known I was going to receive this terrible service I would have taken my money somewhere else.
Store is always clean, the people are friendly and the food is always consistently great!
Love this JJ location. Nice people, fresh bread, delicious sandwiches made exactly how they were requested! The Lexington location could learn from the staff here!

This store is always PACKED and seems to be short staffed but the workers there do the best they can do.
My order was very tasty, the lettuce wrap and this is good for me when I need to cut back on calories. Staff always nice
