Took 30 minutes for two low quality subs and the place wasn't even that busy. Your employees could concentrate on doing their jobs more efficiently if they weren't busy talking into their AirPods the entire time they work.
It was horrible. This was my $10 Turkey sandwich with microscopic turkey but tons of shredded lettuce and a few pieces of skinny tomatoes. I call this my “”$10 lettuce sandwich”I will never go back there again. It used to be a good place to get a sub. Now it is worse than Subway! Staff seemed stressed out and did not really listen to what you needed! Hope they close soon if this is what everyone gets!!??
This used to be one of my favorite places for lunch but the customer service has gone waaay downhill lately. The angry short guy with glasses taking orders is rude every time now and the service gets slower and slower. I know it's tough to hire rightnow but this staff is running off repeat customers who've been coming for a while.
Horrible! I’m just saying if you don’t like your job find a new. Stay away! Horrible customer service! I literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes before one of two ladies acknowledged me! Smh those two ladies are very unprofessional and trifling!
sandwiches are not worth the customer service or the delivery experience. This is the second time my sandwich has shown up 40 minutes late with a very disgruntled delivery driver. One time? maybe a flunk. Second time? Never ordering from JJ again.
Walked into the store to get one sandwich at 12:40. Instantly the guy says do you have a pickup? I respond no just one sandwich for me, didn’t call ahead. He said it will be atleast 15 minutes before they can make me one. Not a single person in the store when I went in. I walked right back out- it’s horrible customer service and makes me not want to ever go again. They say freaky fast - I say ha ha that’s laughable. I’ll go to a competitor. Keep your business.
Excellent experience as always! Jimmy John's never disappoints with the excellent flavor and quality of the food, always top notch and super fresh. Haven't been to this location in a while since I live out of the area, was pleased to learn that the staff are just as awesome as ever! They seem to genuinely care about people and go above and beyond to work not just for the customer but also as a team. As a business owner and someone who works with a public regularly, it is not by accident that this type of culture has been cultivated, surprised to whoever is doing the training here! They obviously hired quality people in train them well. It truly makes the experience more than just a sandwich shop!

Achingly slow and really dirty floors and tables. Employees wearing masks down on their chins and literally throwing trash on the floor behind the counter which is in full view by the drink machine. For 2 sandwiches - no one in line at all- took 30 minutes and asking twice for order.
Employee taking my order just stared at me and waited for me to speak. He said nothing. I expect to be greeted before making my order, thats basic hospitality. He seriously said NOTHING so i just waited but then made my order it was weird. This guy needs to be in the back working.
