just posting here as a warning to others: the negative reviews on customer service are accurate. it was our first visit and I will never return. second warning: DO NOT FOR THE LOVE DRINK ANYTHING FROM THE FOUNTAIN MACHINE. my kids and I grabbed some water and it tasted of mold. like STRONG MOLD. I’ve already filed a complaint with the company directly.
The sandwiches they make here are pretty good but I have about had it with trying to order anything online. Once in a while you get lucky and your order is waiting for you at the designated area of the store. But I have had several occasions where either the order was not complete or the order had been complete and was not bagged while walk-in customers are getting served immediately. The bottom line is it’s probably easier just to walk in the door and order what you want and then bag it yourself.
Please do not have a curb side option if you’re not going to bring it out to the car. That leaves me waiting in my car thinking y’all are busy. But when I come in you are not busy and my sandwich is just sitting there. That’s a real waste of my time.If management wants to respond and make it up to me I’d be happy to update my review.
The Manger Sam was very rude and disrespectful. I order from this location once a week and after today I will never eat from another Jimmy John. I place my order at 12:45 and as of 2:06 pm I still don't have my food. I call to cancel my order and Sam said I get my Food when I get it.. but Yet I was charged for food I never received. Sam needs to be training on what professionalism is. Because each dog has there day..

I said no tomatoes, no cucumbers, add mustard, oregano, and hot peppers on the #3 I ordered and scheduled to be delivered at 3pm. Delivery guy game at 2:30 I had everything I didn’t want and none of what I wanted. Then had the nerve to provide the detailed receipt showing what I ordered. Maybe they can’t read ??♀️
It was ok. My turkey sub didn't have very much turkey on it. Mostly just bread. You couldn't even see any of the toppings unless you open it up. For this price, I want my sub topping to be hanging off the edge of the bun, holding on for dear life.
Hi there Google Gang it's yo Boi BiggHall and I've got something to say!!! Upon entering this establishment my friend and I could feel the ATTITUDE(S) within. The fellow that made our sandwiches basically tossed them to the other employee as he finished, then asked for napkins, and a bag and the ATTITUDE was very uncomfortable. We saw them treat others the same way.. What was crazy ? though, in the back was an employee sitting ? at a table with the FedEx man having lunch. I was very disappointed in the service.
Every time I order delivery from Jimmy John’s on Gervais Street, the order is correct, delicious, and arrives directly to my office very fast!
The guy making my sandwich was digging hot peppers out of the jar with his hands, he had gloves on but he was touching everything around him and putting his hands back on the jar. I was disgusted. He saw me looking at him and had someone else make my sandwich while he switched gloves.
