Today, I got the best philly cheese steak from Jersey Mike's. Don't think I have ever had one there before that was this good. Amazing!!FYI - I did ask that they add salt to meat before/when cooking which probably made the difference. I will definitely continue asking for that on all my future philly cheese steak orders.

Just keep riding down til you get to the one on Killian. How hard is it to fix the sand which the way you wrote it down but soon as you ask did you get that …. Yeah yeah but then you open your sandwich and don’t have toppings that THEY wrote down. I stop coming in here after numerous times of this happening and sandwiches all mixed up better pray that if you get multiple sandwiches every one like the same topping. I don’t care what I never stop at this one I keep it pushing!

It was sad to see the employee trying to make a sub as if he had never made a sub sandwich ever in his life. My sandwich kept falling apart as he had to put the contents back between the bread because he couldn't roll the paper tight enough to keep it together... I started to just walk out without the sub. I think they need to train the employees better than that. The service area isn't cleaned between every customer as it should be, but I made sure they took proper precautions before they even put their hands on my bread. I'll try another place before I return to this one.

Just pick up my order..He put the bag on the counter and I saw my name..No thank you or hello..Then gets home to a mess up order..$35 for two subs I should've got what l paid for..Plus try to call and the number says out of service..

Awful Service. A Short Darkskinned lady was so rude and was upset with me because I asked for my bread to be toasted. She then threw the bread on the counter & caused such a big fuss. JUST AWFUL

My Pop has scheduled a visit to this location for over a year. TodY’s visit was horribly disrespectful in the way of service recovery. He sat waiting for over 20 minbefore, the manager actually acknowledged his presence but only after he asked for someone to take hi order. The female manager on Jan 29th at 330pm actually responded, “WE WAIT ON OUR OTHER CUSTOMERS FIRST!” There were no other customers. My Pop said that was real sorry service. She responded, I DON’T KNOW HOW ITS SORRY SERVICE CUZ WE AIN’T SERVING YOU! I DON’ T HAVE TO SERVE BAD ATTITUDES.My Pop tried to tell her he was not trying to argue he just wanted his weekly sub. She absolutely refused to serve him despite his attempt to de-escañe this woman who certainly misrepresents management, customer service and service recovery. My Pop is 30 year Army veteran, 2 tours to Nam. This female manager took him right back to being spat on for fighting for his country. Just despicable, gross and ugly management of a long time customer..

Giant Chicken cheese steak is delicious. Wish they sold French fries.

I am not a person to try and give a bad rating but I had a terrible experience at this location not because of the quality of food and service but the attitude of the employee, a young Black male cashier. On Friday, December 17, 2021, I came into the store, read the menu, made my selection based upon my taste buds and desire at that time. Then, placed my order with employee number 1, who was a White male wearing a red shirt. No problem, on to the second employee, a Black male wearing a light blue shirt with an Afro hair style. As I wait for my Tuna Fish Sandwich to be passed over to this employee, a third employee, a Black male wearing another light blue colored shirt and cap at the cashier said, “I can take your payment”in a rather low voice and since maybe I didn’t hear him the first time that he said it, he yelled it out again louder to get my attention and the entire store heard him. I turned to him and asked, “Can I finish making my sandwich first? I want to tell this employee that I am standing right here in front of what I would like on my sandwich.” The cashier apparently didn’t like my response so he begin to stare at me and mumbled, “That’s all you had to say.” Since when did buying a sandwich become confrontational? I fault the management because a customer should not be treated like this and no management official has anything to say to their employee. I told the cashier to stay in your lane since no one else was saying anything to this guy. I really wanted to snatch his a$$ across the counter but I have an image and manhood to protect as well. After all, I am a Black male professional. Another customer, Black female was seated at a table behind us who had already ordered but had not paid yet. Because she was observing what was taking place with me, she got up, approached the cashier and offered to pay although she had not been asked yet. But the cashier was still staring and locked in on me. He stated, “Why are you so mean?” I thought, “What? So I didn’t answer him). The Lady at the register advised the cashier to focus on her, she was the one standing right before him. Next, I questioned the employee preparing my sandwich and selected the ingredients for my sandwich. Now I was ready to checkout and pay for my order. As I was doing so, I advised the cashier that I didn’t care to keep that going I just wanted to finish making the sandwich that I ordered and now that I have done that and paying for my sandwich. That’s it for me, nothing else. Grab my bag and I left. I really like the plentifulness and quality of the food. But if this had happened to you, would you go back to this location???

I order my turkey subs on the app and my food is usually ready before I get there. Currently, the crew there is hard working and do a good job with subs and cleanliness.

Only would recommend working here because of the supplemental pay. Even though I had a great time working there with staff and customers the workload was very manageable and was consistent which is what I really liked about the job I felt really out of place working there with the shift leads were rude one of them called me a “crackhead” for working “too fast” and doing two things at once and the only way I felt I could work comfortably is if I was with Joey or ms.dee. The barbers made me feel welcomed every chance they got which is another reason why I stayed up until now. So far as shanay, she needs to humble herself with how she talks to people because I messed up a customers order in the frontline and she said what I did was “simple retardation”. I miss working there with Joey and miss dee but I simply could not handle the unnecessary rude side comments by the other staff. Overall Joey should be manager he’s way more nicer and compassionate to his staff.
