If there was a 6 star or higher option I would give it. The seasoning on the nachos is house made and delicious. Our son ordered the chicken strips and okra and it was the best we've ever had. Their burgers were wonderful too. Don't forget their Mac-n-cheese! Service was amazing.
We hosted my daughters graduation celebration at Js Corner! The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive and gave great service. Great location, lots of parking and awesome options for food and drinks. This is definitely going to be one of the places we visit more often.
Food made me extremely sick. I heard good things about this restaurant and said hey let me give it a shot! Service was good but the food…. The food was disgusting and had no flavor. The previous comment about it being dollar tree quality on flavor is accurate and my max and cheese came out in watery soup form. I knew I shouldn’t of ate it but insisted it could be extremely good. Very unimpressed, cutting too many corners and the food quality is below subpar. Extremely disappointed.
Service and the atmosphere was nice, however, the food quality was far below par. Had appetizer nachos which had stale chips, cold cheese and wilted lettuce on top. I ordered a burger and wing chips and the wing chips tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for an hour and the bread for the burger was stale, and the burger tasted like it had no seasoning. My friend that was with me also had an entree and was extremely disappointed.
The food was not good at all. Mac and cheese was dry really just mac no cheese, kids had captain crunch tenders not good at all they didn’t eat them. Wife had wings she ate 2 of them and I had seafood platter which I’m not sure why it’s called that because your only choices are catfish with fries or shrimp and fries or both with an up charge it comes with coleslaw. Had passed this place a view times and finally decided to try and was not pleased only thing good was the out door seating. Waitress asked if everything was ok we said not really she just apologized.

Came here with a group from work for lunch. The food was ok but not 5 star worthy. I had the "Cap'n Crunch" tenders, and they tasted like any other tenders except possibly a little over cooked. The cheese grits were very good. Unfortunately, 2 of my coworkers had the shrimp and grits and were not terribly impressed. Their grits looked a bit runny and the dish lacked any tasso or andouille that you'd typically find. Both said they'd avoid that if returning. Service was good, wasn't very busy, overall not a bad spot.
Actually (minus) -1 Star. I tried to make reservations on February 21, 2022, for a small group of family members coming to dine together after a funeral, which was held out of town. We only had a small window of time to do it because some were departing and heading out of state the next day. The person who answered the phone said that he had to ask the manager if we could—that he would call me back. Well, I never received a call. I have never experienced this in all the years I’ve made reservations at any restaurant. I am not one to play the race card, but I felt that it was because of my race…African American. We were all professionals, college educated, non-smoking, non-drinking, non-cussing individuals…if that’s what he was concerned about. We would have ordered a decent amount of food and left a good tip as well, but I guess that wasn’t important. I sent a letter of complaint through the restaurant’s website weeks ago…no answer. I wrote a letter and mailed it directly to them…no answer, so this is why I’m here. I gave him/her ample time to respond. Please don’t take your business there, especially if you are African American…even if you’re not…not if you care about your friends who might be.
Unbelievably bad food. The location is great, the restaurant itself is cool but the food is like they went to the dollar tree and bought canned food and the service was AWFUL. None of us ate even half of our food it was so bad. It took us about 2 hours, the waitress would be gone 20 mins at a time. I ordered chips and dip and got my chips 20 minutes before I got my dip (which was disgusting, don’t order it). Another person only got half of their meal and by the time we hunted down the waitress we were all just ready to go. Then the waitress charged one of our cards the wrong amount and we had to wait forever to find her again and fix it. And they weren’t busy at all.
I ordered a burger, service was a little slower than I was used to and I asked for medium and it was over cooked. Didn't have time to wait for another one. Tasted good and juicy though. Waitress was friendly.
