The food wasn't horrible. The best thing I had was the Salad with house dressing and those amazing rolls. Our server Kelita ( sorry if I misspelled the name) was PHENOMENAL. So attentive to the point she could just walk passed the table and see things were wrong . We went here tonight for a graduation celebration and my daughter got the bbq nachos which were left in the broiler too long. My food was wrong and our rolls were raw in the middle. She immediately fixed EVERYTHING. Her personality was amazing to match her customer service skills. She's the type of server that would make u want to return to a restaurant. FANTASTIC JOB!!!

First time visiting and only a few small things that caused a loss of the star. The food was great well prepared and served very quickly. We had the tuna app and it was decent quality tuna, wife had the she crab soup which was great. I had the prime rib sandwich and a baked potato with butter and sour cream, both items were very tasteful. So now the reasons of the lost star, first upon arriving the young hostess looked up from her paper and then ignored us (could understand if they were busy busy but no one else was waiting to see her) for a good 5 min or so having us stand there awkwardly waiting for her to say anything. Next our server a nice and friendly young woman was kind of nowhere to be found after we ordered, I was trying to ask for a little more butter as the potato was a decent size and the small amount they provided left much of it to be very dry, when we finally did get her and the butter we found that we were charged for the butter I can understand that asking for something additional isn't free but something like butter on a meal that was $15 for a potato and a 6-7" sandwich was kinda excessive. We will be back as I said the food was great and every place deserve a second chance and everyone has an off night.

How been here several times and it has steadily declined. This visit server had a horrible attitude and literally threw my food at me. Then she started talking to herself loudly complaining about being given more tables than someone else. I asked that they give me a different server and then it was explained that she wanted to go home and they wouldn’t let her. I explained it wasn’t my problem. Food arrived and it was nowhere near what I’ve came to expect at this business. I frequent all of their locations but I won’t be returning to this one. This location is horrible both food and service.

Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the waiter, I mean we were brought our salads and waited over 5 minutes staring at our food waiting on silverware before another waitress took care of it, not to mention the waiter decided to take a bath in his cologne that day.. maybe he was having a bad day. ?‍♀️ Food was delicious as were the cocktails so still 4stars .

My family and I went to Jr. Cash to celebrate my aunt’s 70th birthday. Upon arriving, I went in to see how long the wait would be to seat our party. I was advise that They would need to see half of our party before advising me of the wait time. I went out and got half the party to come in and I was advised of a 45-50min wait which was fine because we were aware that there’s no reservations. I asked could we go outside and wait which i was advise one of us would have to be on the inside or if our name were called and we weren’t there we would be passed. Contrary to this, later another family table became available and they were not inside but rather outside in the parking lot. They same person who advise me that i could not go outside or I would be skipped, went outside to the family’s vehicle and got them. After being seated at 3 different tables , separating our party, the servers who came out to serve the food didn't know his cuts of steak and gave my food to the wrong person which resulted in me getting my food minutes before receiving the check to leave. Total disaster.

Went in at lunch today , April 12. 2022 at 12:45pm and was told there would be a 20 minute wait for a half empty restaurant, what a crappy service is that, just lost our family and friends business

I don't understand why I have to buy a salad to get a Croissant when I already paid for two dinners.

Very good food, nice staff and worth the stop in!

I waited for 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. When I got our food home it was not hot, but the was still very good. The french fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting on a plate for 15 minutes before being placed in the to go box.

Ambiance and staff clearly over the top. Very pleasant and our server Jessie was excellent. Prompt, pleasant and engaging. Food was cooked perfectly, medium rare prime rib and well done ribeye. That said - the steaks were pretty tasteless. Croissant rolls are Worthy, worth a trip here for those alone. Spicy shrimp appetizer was superb (and spicy). Great wine selection.. J Vineyard Pinot Noir is very good. It's worth a trip here... But I couldn't offer tips onain course. Desserts are unbelievably good
