Usually not a fan of cookie places but this place was amazing. A woman with blonde hair was very friendly and nice the whole time. Just for the service alone is enough for me to come back. Oh, the cookies were good too
We arrived at 10:50 and were told it was going to be a 15 min wait because they were low on cookies; fine, no big deal. But the cashier was rude about the entire process. It is now 11:16 and they have given everyone ahead of us their cookies while we are still waiting on 3 choc chunk and 3 snickerdoodle… nothing crazy. There were 6 people back in the kitchen who were running around looking like they had NO idea what was going on. All I’m going to say is… Crumbl would never be this chaotic and unorganized.
My first time trying them was in Columbus,OH. I was so glad to know that Insomnia Cookies came to Columbia. Always fresh and so many flavors to choose from,AND...they stay open late.
There was nothing special about the cookies. I tried the oatmeal raisin, double chocolate mint, and snickerdoodle... I really liked the double chocolate mint. We ordered delivery but the status never updated. After waiting for some time, it still stated the order was being prepared. We called and were informed the cookies had been delivered. Someone placed the cookies on the ground outside and didn't think to knock or ring the doorbell.
Definitely not worth it! We ordered 50 cookies and received the text at 940pm the order was ready Picked up at 941 ( because we had been waiting)the cookies were cold and hard. The employee had a nasty attitude it really doesn’t make sense to have to deal with rude people and get nasty food. I highly suggest going online and buying David’s Cookies or Sams club less money and no rudeness to deal with.
Visiting Columbia for work and this location is very close to our hotel. Upon entry, it felt cold and dingy. I thought my cookies were gonna be great, they are hard!!! Like…what a way to ruin my time away.

My only complaint is they were too expensive. I feel like I paid for part of the electric bill for 6 cookies tote warmed when I could do that on my own at home. I would come back if I am really craving that double chocolate chunk because it really was life changing.. The place was clean, the staff looked like they hated their jobs, and the ice cream wasn't amazing. I would try this place at least once though.
Don’t sleep on this cookie shop, if your in Columbia or surrounding areas or just visiting ,want to indulge this is your spot. Ordered first from Uber eats now I’m hooked, great customer service and quality! Support this business let’s keep this around the Columbia area!!!
My order was wrong, the building is nasty, but the cookie was good.
